1) They don’t know customer service (that’s ok because I won’t stoop to their level)
2) Dishonest in business, I ordered the same food every time, but the price was different each time (I won’t argue with them because it’s only a few cents difference, but I don’t like it this way)
3) I called to order something with chicken fried rice, but they made something with shrimp fried rice and refusing to admit that it was their mistake. They misheard the order and I paid it, what do they consider their guests to be？
They don’t know how to do business. Even though I am a regular customer, they treated me like this.

I got the chicken wings, fried rice and steamed shrimp dumplings the first time and now that’s my go-to order. Service is not slow, but not super fast. But it’s worth it for the quality. I wish they gave me a little more duck sauce when I got my wings the second time I ordered from here, but in general, no complaints. A little pricey, but what isn’t? 5 stars.

Food was ok, but below average. The main problems are: 1. The prices are a decent amount more than they have on their site and most pictures. (My total was gonna be 15.50 going by their website, but was 24.50)
2.The delivery driver was rude. I only had 25$ since the total was supposed to be less, I gave it to him and he kept his hand out and said “Is that it? Where’s the Tip?” I said I don’t have anymore and he told me to check. Then he said “Next time, make sure you have a tip”.
I saw another review talking about him but didn’t think he’d still be working there or deliver mine. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Just went in with a friend for a pickup a few days ago. They said they put in Soy Sauce but did not. My dish ok however the person I was with gobbled his up. Certainly wouldn't go out of my way to go back or make a special trip. Liked the place next to my place better and they shutdown. It's a guy plug if you need one, not fast either.
