The workers seem to be mute, you ask them something and they don't answer, not professional at all, nor do they ask you if you need something, they just stare at you and if you don't ask about your order, they don't let you know that it is ready. They should give them a course on how to serve people, business is about attracting more customers, not driving them away.
Wow, the incredible attention... thank you very much!!! I ordered an order on the app, a special that apparently is not reflected when I pay, but I told the manager about my problem with the order... and he very kindly checked the system and verified my order!!! He treated me very well and gave me the order with the special!!! It is the first time that I verify an order and the manager very kindly gave me the complete order... I clarify for the first time that no one blames me...
Ordered this past Sunday.Based on the much negative reviews I was very skeptic to order but I didn't end up regretting. It was made properly and in a timely manner. Hope the experience improves for all.
