Parathas have good amount of filling and taste good. Samosa was soggy, skip it (maybe samosa chaat is better), green chutney not spicy enough. Will come back here just for the parathas.

Had their samosas, chana masala and sweets(Kaju Katli, Gulab Jamun, Pista Burfi and Laddoo). The samosas were pretty good, but the chana masala was exceptional !!! The Gulab Jamun and Laddo were authentic too. Other sweets were okayish (a little too sweet). The owners are an elderly couple who were very warm and friendly.
I had Aloo paratha and palak paneer for brunch and it was delicious. We used to live in NYC and moved to Texas few years ago, but there is nothing as authentic as their food. I did tons of take out, on demand, for my family here in tx. This place is a gem amidst the no longer little india street.

If you’re craving pani puri, chole bhature, pav bhaji, or any kind of chaat, this is your spot. This place has been here since I was a kid, and the only thing that might have changed is the cover for their sign. It has a cafeteria-style vibe where you can pick most of the food right over the counter, with everything else made fresh in the back. Definitely my favorite place in Jackson Heights!
Sweets selection is pathetic, paltry and just a mess.

The food is really tasty and so many options are available. But the owners really need to pay attention to cleanliness. They have a B hygiene rating which reflects this. If they made an effort on this end, i think it would really be somewhere I would come back to.
