Shake Shack Jackson Heights

This was the cleanest Shake Shack I have ever been in, the staff was constantly wiping down the tables and cleaning throughout.
The staff was super friendly and extremely polite.
They had a great promotion going on for a few dollars off. If you become a regular, you should sign up for their email promotions so you keep in the know and save.
The manager Kamachi was so personable.
She was helping everyone with their questions and on the kiosk.
The food was fresh, but I made a mistake and ordered a lettuce wrap burger not really thinking about it and not realizing it didn't come with a bun.

Shake shack has some of the best customer service in the fast food biz. And the folks at this location are top notch. But if I’m looking for a burger in Jackson Heights, I’m going a couple blocks away to Emoji. Nothing wrong with the shack burgers, but emoji’s are superior.

Had to buy a small lemonade just to use the restroom. I understand that people do messed up stuff and the homeless can be using the facilities to do ungodly things. But as a woman thats doesnt have any other intention and is not a bum with no other intention than to utilize the bathroom $4for lemonade to pee is crazy. AND THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY ANYWAY.

It's in a great location but unfortunately with little to no parking available on 37th Ave. Parked a block away & have ordered food on the Shake Shack App. Very generous with the fries unlike Murray St Manhattan location.

Sam was awesome! Super accommodating, kind, answered all our questions. We had trouble getting machine to work and he came over and helped us place our whole order. Restaurant was clean, food came quick and was great.

Bringing a lot of life to the block intersection with delicious burgers and shakes. Welcome to the neighborhood. It is Jam packed from the moment it opened which speaks to the high anticipation of the people. I think it needs a larger space to accommodate the strong demand here. I think it will do phenomenally as the people here are loyal and excited.
Had a double double and it was great. One thing they can improve on is allow customer request to make it medium rare.

Atmosphere - Music very loud. Not comfortable to sit down and enjoy meal.
