I love this Starbucks in Jackson Heights, Queens, New York! The Manager (Anika) and her staff of top notch baristas know their stuff. Every staff I have ever encountered has always been nothing- but friendly and fast-paced. Over the years I have been going there, they have established a clean environment; I genuinely do hope Starbucks values each employee working here because each individual represents with each order kindness and efficiency through collaboration; they're able to complete their tasks effortlessly from a consumer standpoint, the dream team is what I return to the establishment, and last but not least, They make each order to the last bite/sip; perfection, the beverage taste is memorable and leaves you wanting more. The baristas are quick with your order and are constantly cleaning up any rubbish customers leave behind.Unto the negative part:. A senior citizen lady came in. She seemed to be a regular, as quite a few customers greeted her by name. She politely asked to use the ladies room. The staff denied her. The male staff stated it was 8:17 and the bathroom was closed (the store hours state it closes at 9pm). The lady stated the hour. A female staff member supported her college and states that the bathroom had already been cleaned and for safety purposes, customers are not allowed because of the chemicals used to clean.I understand the staff must get going with closing tasks...but 8:17pm is a bit steep.

Not sure what all these angry reviews are about... the baristas at this location were so lovely and polite! They made me a custom latte and were even very helpful with helping me choose the flavors. Super quick and very clean location.

Idk what the deal is but there is a foul odor within this establishment. It smells awful. Came to order a coffee and study but I couldn’t stay because of how terrible it smelled. I was kind of concerned about how sanitary my coffee was after, the place smells like sewage waste. Idk how the other customers and even employees aren’t concerned about this it was BAD.

After exercising and feeling refreshed, I headed to Starbucks a little away from my house.I wanted to try the re-released Iced Pistachio Latte^^For the first time, I brought my own cup and received an additional charge. I wasn't sure of the size, so I ordered a Grande, but the staff asked if I wanted to fill the remaining empty space with milk or ice. In Korea, they just give it to you, but I was impressed that it was an American Starbucks.I added whole milk and got a sweet and pleasant sugar boost!The iced pistachio latte flavor seems to be a suitable drink for filling up on sugar.However, it is high in calories so it may be difficult to drink it often ^^Thanks to the friendly staff in the morning, I opened the door to Starbucks in a good mood.

I ordered online when I got the store my drinks are already ready I took them it was a quick trip .
Watch out for this location when ordering in person ..they put add ons on your order to charge you more and don't give you a receipt..Starbucks is expensive already to try and sneak extra add on prices is disgusting..I caught the guy on it when I picked up my order and the label said all this extra stuff, it wasn't even crowded to say it was a mistake..I asked to see the receipt..he denied it and had an attitude..still giving it to me pretended the charge wasn't there and when I took it I see( extra shot, extra syrup pumps) ...I won't go back here

Today, I I placed an order on the app and I added syrup and cream. Obviously, the barista who helped me make it was not working properly, They don't know that getting the wrong coffee can be frustrating,also I paid extra for cream and topping.Messed Up！
