I went in today to order a sandwich. The young man that took my order didn't seem to know what a subway club is. He didn't even ask what kind of cheese I wanted either. Proceeded to toast it. I don't like my sandwiches toasted. Pretty disappointed. The cookies are hard. The sandwich was not great. All I got was a 6 inch sandwich. I ate half.

Night time lady closed an hour before 10. I get everything needing to be cleaned but I placed the order on the app the at 8:30. When I came in she was just sitting on her phone. I ordered two sandwiches, they ran out of the first one so she just gave me another one of the second one. It was made wrong, she made the exact same sandwich completely wrong. I have gone here my whole life and have never had a bad expirenve except for the night of 12/6/24. At least the cookies were good

As of 2023 I can no longer afford to eat at subway. It makes me feel broke :($15 for a footlong is just redicliousLast year and two years ago I was paying 10.88 or so

Ordered 2 subs 3 times ONLINE over the course of a week.The first time was the only time where I got both sandwiches correct. The second one had a sub come with missing sauce and then finally the third time I got both sandwiches on different bread and different meat on one of the sandwiches, it was the pricier one that got cut to a cheaper one and the subs did not have any correct sauce on them.No complaints on the food when it's done correct, but it just simply isn't coming in correct. I have ordered late but it would be good if I got a message from any of the workers on the subway app to let me know if anything is out.The workers there didn't say anything to me as I walked out of the store either time with the sandwich done wrong with any sort of compensation, even a cookie or a drink would've been good.
