I hadn't been there in a while. Came with a group of people, and I was shocked on how things have changed. No substitutions on the side order to your meal. Made no sense. Charged for a spice sauce for a to go container. Didn't even give the roasted corn like they used to. The food in general was ok but I would rather spend my money somewhere else. Prices were higher than I remembered

The food is awesome, as always, but the servers need improvement. We asked for the bill twice, and they kept us waiting. Then they overcharged us in error, but we're the bad guys. They still got their 18% tip. In the restaurant business, taking your customers for granted is a recipe for disaster.

I have always ordered food from this restaurant and I have generally liked it, but today I ordered a mixed chaufa rice to take away but they added too much salt which prevented me from eating it, I called the restaurant and the lady who answered me told her what happened with the rice And that my intention was not to change it because I was at my house and it is far from the restaurant, but the lady only limited herself to saying well and simply did not pay attention to my complaint...
