More than one time they were not prepared any supplies. Ie: barbercu sauce, coffee, they did not do anything about it, either ordering supply, and pre coffee, etc.

This Wendy's location is one of my favorites to visit. The service is quick and efficient, even on really busy days, the most I have waited is 15 minutes, but usually they are quick. The location is clean and the service is great. I have visited many times, and the employees are always friendly and respectful. Yesterday, on Saturday November 1st, I had one of my best encounters with the employees. One of the employees helped me pack my 4 drinks. I asked if I can get a tape over the cup lids and the employee was more than happy to fulfill the request. The employee was very friendly and he even gave me an extra bag to make sure my order was good to go. Another employee at this location helped me pack my order in my personal to go bag even though he did not have to do that. I did not ask, he volunteered. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. 5 stars in my book.

I ordered Wendy's through Uber Eats on February 23rd, and the delivery was seamless—the bag was sealed without any issues. However, the food quality was very disappointing. The nuggets were dry and tough, suggesting they were either overcooked or the oil needed to be changed. Both burgers came with onions, even though I had specifically requested them without onions.
I reached out to Wendy's through their website to address the matter, but they dismissed the issue and redirected me to Uber Eats. The problem wasn't with the delivery service, which was perfectly fine, but with Wendy's food quality and preparation. I expected Wendy's to take responsibility and address the issue with their franchise instead of deflecting it. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience and will not order from Wendy's anymore.

Refuses to give me the sauces i ordered. How am i supposed to eat a large fry + a whole 444 with only one sauce? they refuse to give out more than 1 sauce all the time

American food with an average flavor, nothing to highlight, a rough and rude service, especially from the managers (they get angry if you ask for extra sauces or condiments) and an atmosphere full of undesirable people, not at all quiet to eat in the place. Better order to go.

Wendy's always has quality food and service, but in the dining area there were three men sleeping, one laying across three chairs. Sadly it seems that management either have been told to ignore it or choose to just avoid conflicts.
It is terrible that someone is living on the streets, but they shouldn't be allowed to be a nuisance to local businesses and the customers.

I used to come here every morning and drink coffee, but after seeing the carelessness of the people who work here, I stopped coming here.
