Every time I order chicken nuggets 1 to 2 nuggets are missing. If I order 6 piece I end up with 5 or if I order 10 piece I end up with 8? What’s going on is Wendy’s rationing on nuggets? This is the 4th time this happened to me from this location.
Recommended dishes: Wendy’S French Fries, Baconator, Crispy Chicken Sandwich - 4 for 4 Meal

I only went inside this Wendy's a few times since it opened!My last visit was in the year: 2021!I had placed my order & paid for it, & I was waiting for my food.A homeless man, filthy, without shoes, & clearly in terrible shape was trying to filled a plastic container with water.The manager saw him, & took a cone from the floor, & started attacking this man & yelling at him to get out!I swear! IF I could have left immediately, I would have!I got my bag of food, but I had lost my appetite completely!I have never returned, to this Wendy's!In the old days, all the small stores in this area, had their doors open!Now because of the homeless problems that we are experiencing, all the doors are locked!In a place like Wendy's, since this is a restaurant the doors continue to be open!It was a terrible sight, to see this!I have lived in this neighborhood since 1966!It was always a very clean, safe & family oriented neighborhood!For a number of years now, our neighborhood has been invaded by homeless people!It has become like an open mental ward, that has NO walls! They are in every street, all over the neighborhood! Many of these homeless people seem to be alcoholics, drug users or both.And they also seem to have some serious mental problems to boot!I understood the frustration that the manager had, but I didn't want to see that ever again!I never went back! A: Very Upsetting & Sad NYC Memory!
Give this place 0 stars worst Wendys ever. Everytime I order Chili fries or chili with cheese guest ingredient they forget? THE CHEESE! Like what the hell. Did not take long to learn you ABC's people. Pretend you are a puzzle and get yourself toget her. Thank you!!!

The evening shift workers are really rude, flirting with each other in front of register and they were making fun of customers in their mother tongue which I think is called “Nepali”. The dine in has become so bad that I had to do a take out instead. The price was $15 for a combo meal which is way higher but the burger was no better than Burger King. Other Wendy’s didn’t have this experience just saying
