Eating here was the worst airport restaurant experience of my life. I never leave reviews but I walked out wondering what I paid $100 for. We got bloody Mary’s that were horrible, we didn’t even drink them. We could barely eat the fries they were so bad and the food took so long to come we had to take it to go. The weirdest part was paying before we got our food (the server took our credit card and manually entered it when we ordered? Super weird.) I wanted to yell to the people being seated to go anywhere else but here.

Garbage everything. Tasted like it was microwaved with fake grill marks. I’d rather have a microwaveable Salisbury steak meal vs this garbage. The menu they give you has “ old pricing “. 180 bucks for junk steak, with piss poor sides. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Better to go hungry than waste your money (and time) at this rip-off joint. First off, they make you pay first, before you get anything. That’s never a good sign. Then they “need” your personal information in order to process your order (ie, sell it off to data brokers), and then it somehow takes them more than 30 minutes to make chicken wings and a caprese, both of which should take 5-10 minutes maximum. I had to leave without even seeing the food I’d paid for because my plane was boarding and I had to walk to the gate. I thought a 40 minute cushion would be enough to order and eat something as quick as wings and a hunk of cheese on a plate, but not here! On top of that they charged me 60 bucks, and it never arrived! Horrible, horrible service.

This place is ridiculously overpriced but the food was pretty good for airport food! Unfortunately, I paid $18 for a croissant sandwich, and it took 45 minutes to get it, so I had to have it boxed up so I could catch my flight! The place was nice, it was just so severely understaffed, the crew was working very hard but quite literally couldn’t meet the needs of all the people.

Prices are similar to the city, food matches price but service was really great. Younger staff but with an old school etiquette. Drinks are made RIGHT. A great Manhattan and Margarita...Got us set for our flight. Thanks to the staff. We had the pulled pork sliders and club sandwich.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. 1. The server handed me an iPad and asked me to pay for my order upfront. I was uncomfortable entering my card information on a device that wasn’t mine — it didn’t feel secure, and I’m concerned my information may stay stored on it. 2. I noticed that the total bill on the iPad was higher than what I expected. When I clicked the back button to review, I realized the prices on the iPad were higher than those listed on the menu I was originally given. 3. To make things worse, the server selected a tip amount on my behalf without even asking me.
Altogether, the experience felt dishonest — as if they were trying to take advantage of me. I won’t be returning.

Servers were arguing in front of customers. We didn’t get our drinks, had to ask for them after food arrived. When we asked we weren’t even given direct eye contact instead we were met with attitude. Not a great impression of American service for the first time!

Hit or miss food! I got the fish and chips, two pieces were good and one I could barely cut into. The fries seemed old, where my friend's burger dish had fresh ones (that were tasty!).
There's a few screens inside with sound off sports game, one was a vintage game which was fun. The staff was nice!

Printed menu had a cheeseburger for $20.99. When we ordered using the app, they said the cheese would be extra and it was 22.99 With an 18% service charge. We were served a small burger with packets for condiments like at the food court. Overall, not worth it. Skip this one go down to the sports bar. It’s much better.

Super nice to get you in the door then the QR code never worked so had to use an iPad food was very expensive and the worst quality I have seen in New York. It arrived cold and burnt... Tasted like nothing but grease and plastic In a phrase I'd say "not fit for human consumption" They never brought us our drinks after the the first three times we asked when "food" had arrived and some how mangered to ruin tea bags and hot water... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
