Man 124 dollars for a steak dinner, a salad, and some humus. That is a lot. Even for airport food.

The service here is fantastic. The waitress was kind, helpful, and quick. But my god - if I’m paying 124 at a steak restaurant I better be getting the top tier steak that price warrants.

We ordered a flat iron, there ain’t nothing flat about that steak. It was fine, but nothing I wouldn’t expect from an Applebees. The chimichurri sauce was ok, I guess. That was this whole dinning experience - ok.

I asked for a classic breakfast. Home fries was cold and the eggs undercooked. There were 4 pieces of ham stuck together and only the top was cooked. The orange juice is probably the cheapest they could buy to sell at a prime price. Regular Coffee was ok. $40 dollars for the experience. Overall, this place is expensive and the food is mediocre. Save your money.

Decent spot given the limited options at T5. Breakfast was basic but delicious. Be prepared for a bit of a wait; they seem understaffed so was a bit of a wait to get seated, a wait to order, and then a decent wait for the food to come out.

The best Blueberry Pancakes I’ve tried. Perfect with lots of butter and real maple syrup. Good selection of quality teas. The Classic Breakfast combo with Chicken Sausage was a nice surprise!

Gwendolyn is awesome, impeccable service throughout. Prompt seating. Great sit down choice, try to come earlier before your flite and enjoy!!

Fake table service restaurant. I left before ordering.

I go up and get a table, the QR code to order doesn’t work (the link is broken), then no one comes over for 10-15 minutes bearing in mind this is at an airport when people are trying to catch flights. Then someone does come over but with an attitude.

Then, I place my order and they want payment up front - unusual for a table service restaurant (that they are charging table service prices for with tips) - but okay sure. Then, they hand me an iPad and want me to manually type in my credit card details on an iPad. Uh, no thank you. I ask do they have a card reader - “no, this is how it is done”. Well it is not how I am doing it.

P.S management - no, I do not want to email you or fill in your feedback form. This is me already spending my time providing feedback. Do with it what you will.

GM & Christian and the All start staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

TLDR: Decent breakfast food in a pinch, simply because Terminal 5 had very limited options.

Ordered the veg omelette with home fries, and food and service were decent, but atmosphere was chaotic. Didn’t touch the chicken sausage as looked and smelled a bit off (probably just due to my personal preferences if I’m being honest). Quite pricey.

What a waste of time and money. It takes 5-10 minutes, literally, to take your order as the wait person needs to MANUALLY type in the order and requests into an iPad and then MANUALLY type in your credit card information!!!! And to top it off, they make you pay in advance with a 20% tip already checked off!! Tipping is BASED KN SERVICE, NOT a gift to take as you want…..What a ridiculous way to run a restaurant. Food is certainly not worth the wait or the effort it takes to put in an order. Just walk past it. You’ll be glad you did.

MD server did an excellent job, considering he had 7 full tables, running a bar with 5 persons, and had 6 tables sat at one time after mine, and no bus person.
People want a waiter, not a qr code.
His supervisor, Damario, sat on his butt watching this happen, waiter ran his butt off, and customers trying to get what they need repeatedly.
My food was lousy. If I wanted a microwaved burger and drink from a kiosk, I wouldn't have come to a sit down restaurant for 74$.
Manager needs removed. Waiter needs a raise.
