I've placed 2 orders at this establishment with uber eats and both times the orders were incorrect. I asked for extra mayo and honey mustard and it's delivered with light mayo and spicy brown mustard both times. If im a paying customer and I send detailed Instructions on how I want my food to be then it needs to be how I ordered not how they want to make. They just lost a customer. The nerve of this establishment.

Generally, really liked my experience here.Ambiance: (5/5) There are a few seats which is rare.Price: (4/5) Prices are average for the area.Food: (4/5) I wanted a BEC on an everything bagel but they gave it to me on a roll, but I would recommend it on the roll if you always get it on a bagel. I also got the French toast bagel and I thought it needed more French toast flavors. The cream cheese over powered it. Service: (5/5) Food comes out fast and everyone is very nice. They do have a sign saying you can't use the bathroom, but that is typical of NY too.

Normally I get a cold cut sandwich and they are good today I got a chop cheese and let me tell you they need to take it off the menu or get a different cook cause they don't know how to make a chop cheese it was just dry burger meat with onions they didn't cook the cheese into the meat but put like 1 slice on the bread no mayo it was horrible.... I don't know what happened but I won't be getting that ever again

Deli is amazing. We go there to buy some sandwiches. Lots of kids there from the school nearby.
They never closed and the breakfast platters are absolute fire. Best bodega in Briarwood
