For the owner of the restaurant, the pupusas were excellent, the service was terrible, I called for some pupusas and they told me 20 minutes to arrive and there was no order, my daughter went to pick it up and they made her wait another 20 minutes, terrible service and then they canceled my order, I always ordered food there now never again

Called in an order , they said 20 min for 8 pupusas to be ready. Showed up for the lady to tell me no one ordered anything she flipped through her order sheets smugly. Walked out had the person that placed the order call them back in which they told him that no order was placed. Went back in to see who else is taking orders in there. They suddenly remembered there was an order and needed 5 more minutes.Walked back in for her to tel me I didn’t confirm so she cancelled itWhile she was seated drinking a beer

Bought chicken soup ?. It was spoiled. Terrible taste. Called and told them the person didn't even offer a refund or credit. They would no longer get my business. The person answered the phone in English and when I told them about the food she started speaking in Spanish, like she doesn't know what I am saying. I would recommend anyone.
