I've ordered from this restaurant twice, and I can confidently say I’ll never order from them again! The customer service is terrible, and the delivery person wasn’t any better. My son has multiple food allergies, so we’re always careful with our orders. We’ve had rotisserie chicken, beans, and rice from other places without any issues, but after ordering the same meal here, my son had an allergic reaction.
I called the restaurant to ask if any ingredients contained wheat, and the woman on the phone simply replied, 'I don’t know.' If you’re unsure, at least ask the cook or someone who would know. Instead, she just said, 'Sorry, I can’t help you,' and hung up. I certainly won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.
I ordered chicken soup from them months after and feathers were still on the chicken skin!

I'm not one to usually do reviews but I was left disgusted by the lady packing the food. She sneezed in her hands and proceeded to touch my food and bag without washing her hands. I confronted the lady and asked her for a new bag. I thought she would at least wash her hands but instead she gave me attitude and rudely continued to packed my food. Not going back there ever again. I can only imagine what they do when you're not looking.

The food is good, I love the poor steak. Definitely a place that you cannot miss to taste good Peruvian food. And above all the prices are very good for a city like New York.
