I went to the this baskin robbins on 187th Street and Jamaica Ave and stood there for about 5 minutes before any acknowledged me and I was the only person in the store. They had about 4 people working behind the counter. When the cashier finally asked me what I wanted before I could answer she walked away so I stood there for another 2 minutes. She finally took my order I had to repeat myself 3 times. I asked the cashier for napkins she pointed across the room and she didn’t put my purchase in a bag. She put it on the counter and walked away. Hands down worst service ever.

They deserve less than one star. Ordered something on Uber, they had nothing and then the lady got on the phone and got nasty with me like it's my fault you don't have items in stock. Nasty customer service. Do not order under from this place. That woman needs some training on customer service. I work and live in the area so I'm definitely going to recommend no one goes to this place.

They charge $1 extra for whip cream on a milkshake, I ordered 2 milkshakes, and that was a $2 extra charge. No other Baskin Robin's has ever done that. A milkshake is NOT a milkshake without whipped cream.

I was looking for the Cookie Monster ice cream and they didn’t have it. What is the point of advertising a product that is not available? Also, the attendants have poor communication skills and talk over the food, which is DISGUSTING. We shouldn’t talk over the food that we are going to serve for others, because the food can get spitted on. That is basic house manners. These people have much to learn.

There is good reason Baskin-Robbins is years old!! This is the creamiest ice cream I’ve ever tasted. I tried the butter pecan and it was full of pecans and rich!! My only regret is that I didn’t make it here until my last day because I would have come back to try many more flavors!
