They deserve less than one star. Ordered something on Uber, they had nothing and then the lady got on the phone and got nasty with me like it's my fault you don't have items in stock. Nasty customer service. Do not order under from this place. That woman needs some training on customer service. I work and live in the area so I'm definitely going to recommend no one goes to this place.

They charge $1 extra for whip cream on a milkshake, I ordered 2 milkshakes, and that was a $2 extra charge. No other Baskin Robin's has ever done that. A milkshake is NOT a milkshake without whipped cream.

I was looking for the Cookie Monster ice cream and they didn’t have it. What is the point of advertising a product that is not available? Also, the attendants have poor communication skills and talk over the food, which is DISGUSTING. We shouldn’t talk over the food that we are going to serve for others, because the food can get spitted on. That is basic house manners. These people have much to learn.

He also had people walking up to the drive-through window with no vehicle placing orders extremely disrespectful and completely ignored my order the worker was more concerned on giving his family hook ups in the drive-through window with no car in serving the. Customers. Do not waste your time coming to this location. No customer service whatsoever disgusting attitudes, bullying from his family members. While he gets some free food.

OMG. 3/4 of my ice cream eaten and I bite into 5 or 6 peppercorn sized pieces of STYROFOAM!! I may have ingested some before even noticing. I wanted to throw up. I’ll never eat here again.

There is good reason Baskin-Robbins is years old!! This is the creamiest ice cream I’ve ever tasted. I tried the butter pecan and it was full of pecans and rich!! My only regret is that I didn’t make it here until my last day because I would have come back to try many more flavors!

If you need a birthday cake or just a cake for any occasion .this dunkin donuts slash baskin Robbins has some really good cakes .I was there one day to get my little cousin a cake for her birthday. She already had a cake but it wouldn't hurt for her to have another one. So I asked the cashier could she get me the particular one I wanted .and could she write happy birthday on top of it and that's what she did she was so nice and courteous very helpful. She even got me a big bag of ice for the ice cream cake. I even gave her a tip extra because she was working on commission. So the workers were very helpful and gracious. Very great customer service at it's best. Hats off to the nice lady who looked out for me that day. The atmosphere was decent and the prices were not bad

Me and my boyfriend went to Baskin Robinson on 6.7.19 around 11:56 pm. the guy who was working on drive-thru he was the bomb good customer service he knows how to keep the customer coming back. Just want to say good job keep up the good work
