Average Dunkin with Baskin Robbins. They do have awesome cakes! Half ice cream and half sponge cake is delicious...expensive but delicious.

What a clown show this place turned out to be.Had a pretty good time at their Glendale location so I figured I'd give this Baskin-Robbins a shot. That turned out to be a massive mistake.I walked in and asked the young girl at the counter for a one-scoop sundae. She walks over to the flavor of ice cream I picked and starts to dig into it with something that looked like a metal spatula that clearly wasn't designed for picking up ice cream. This was pretty bizarre so I sort of chuckled and asked why they weren't using a regular scooper like other places. Her response was a nervous laugh and she kept going. It obviously wasn't working, though, so she ended up having to walk over and ask the man working with her to get it for her. He was struggling almost as much as she was.Eventually he managed to get a scoop out, but it was pathetically small. It was at this point where I asked for hot fudge, to which he told me that they were out of hot fudge, as well as strawberry. Caramel was my only choice. You'd think this was something they'd want to tell me right at the jump before making the sundae, but I guess this hadn't crossed their minds.Slow service, clearly ill-prepared staff, not having what's needed to make a simple sundae in the middle of the day... there's literally nothing positive that I can say about my visit. Better luck next time.
