I’m waiting at the cash register for BR and the employees directly looks at me and proceeds to ignore me. I waited patiently for several minutes before asking her if she can take my order. She said I needed to get into the DK line…. She clearly saw me before and didn’t say anything. Incompetent staff. I ended up walking away.

Slowest Dunkin in the city

This place is very much open in Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins form. SLOW SLOW SLOW. I was very disappointed with the service here. We waited ages for outr milkshakes to be made. Everyone, apart from this positive young lady, seemed to be miserable in their work. Not what you want when you are about to return home from an amazing holiday.

Never open because they never have enough staff. Maybe they should pay more to attract potential candidates.

There are 2 dunkin donuts baskin robbins franchise in Terminal 08One is in arrival one is inside the Terminal after you pass the TSA you have to go straight towards Admiral lounge and gate 37 you can find it easily on the corner before gate starts and it's expensive for traveling but it's an airport everything have high price so nothing you can do enjoy your donuts and coffee

Huge airport FRAUD.Overpriced everything and the prices on the menu screens are on purpose with tiny letters so nobody can see.They assume because they are in the airport travelers will not notice and just pay whatever they ask on the cashier.Great fraud. Nice business ethics.

Perfect place for ice cream before boarding!
