Was disappointed with my bento box, although it tasted okay, I was supposed to get salad, and was instead served a few raw carrots. By the time I noticed I wasn’t able to go back to ask for the correct order.

Bento Sushi has been a favorite of mine for nearly 15 years. Fresh delicious sushi that’s always guaranteed to be good. I highly recommend this location in Terminal 4 at JFK. I never miss stopping by every time I fly. They are also extremely friendly and will custom make anything you would like. The best!!

The guy making the the sushi was literally eating them while making them. He had gloves on but put his fingers in his mouth then continued to make them

Paid over $20 for a Chicken Bento Box. When I asked where the dumplings were because they were not in its separate spot like shown on the menu picture, the older Asian guy who makes the sushi started yelling at me and proceeded to dig through the rice with his his hands to show me where the dumplings were located. He tried giving it back to me but I said I wasn’t gonna eat that. He even got more mad and threw the entire food in the trash and yelling and mumbling. The cashier felt bad for what had happened and another coworker offered to make me a new box. Maybe he was just having a bad day but that is no way to treat a customer who must paid for an overpriced mediocre Bento Box. Will be telling my Delta colleagues to never come back here again and this place is in the Delta terminal.

I am currently suffering from food poisoning after eating from here. I will be reporting to NY health department. It looks like I am not the only one who has experienced this. This establishment needs to be shut down immediately!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Beef bento, not very appetizing and didn’t look anything like the photo. The california rolls were good, but fell apart easily and the meet was stringy and held together like clumps. The only good thing was the dumplings. Small restaurant with cute vibe, and staff were very sweet.
