Very satisfied with the service that Bigwell has provided us for a catering order! The ower and staff was very hospitable with big orders. Delivery was on time as promised and the food was absolutely hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend Bigwell!

They need to take their time selling customers Evrytime I buy food They forget to put spoon in it Even after I reminded them to put it inside Just imagine buying food to take to work And when you take out your food to eat There is no spoon You just have to put away the food and stay hungry

I just stop by and bought rolls and 2 bottle coconut water and both sour, calling bigwell and their ph saying mail box is full, I have been buying from bigwell for quite a long time now but as of a few weeks now you guys don’t focus of ur product that much.

I order a beef curry from the menu with large rice and a bbq fried rice only to deliver lamb and tell me they don’t cook beef so how is it in the order detail why no one call me and I got small rice instead of large when I call to say sorry I spend 45 dollar am I going to eat sorry she keep emphasizing on sorry I had two kids to feed sorry my last time at big well
