The service was horrible . The server didn’t seem like she wanted to be there nor did she want to help me when I had questions about the food. She moved slow and gave me all the bones in the lamb soup. I’ve had better roti at other spots and I’d suggest you guys to skip this place too.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Everytime you order roti they tell you it’s a wait and say if you’d like they would call and never do. I go back and they tell me they can’t fulfill my original order of 10 dhal puri and 4 oil roti . What I paid for and what I was supposed to pick up. I come back and they say they can’t fur fill only do 14 dhal puri DO BETTER. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this. They give away your orders to other people that come in. If I ORDERED something and PAID for it how can you tell me it ran out? When that’s what I PAID for?

Food is great. I daughter went to pick food. She had the worst experience. There were 2 guys and a girl hang out with the young man that’s a cashier. One of the guys was clearly drunk, offering to pay for 15 year old daughter food. The other guy was smoking his vapor. The young girl with them looks like she had some drinks too.

Mr. Bigwell is so accommodating when my office orders food. We order food by the tray for our company lunches. The food is always fresh and very tasty. Price is so reasonable for their fine quality food. I would recommend Bigwell Bakery and Halal restaurant for your next catering event. Bigwell, we will be calling again soon.
