I went on a trip from Atlanta, GA to South Korea last year (2023). I was concerned about my kosher options.B”H the food was so good I had to leave Delta a compliment on the food. In the return flight I got a very fancy kosher box from a different company with food I just couldn’t enjoy. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful Kosher meal for my trip.
Had Borenstein dinners on El Al a number of years ago, and was impressed. Quality is better than the 'Schreiber' dinners, you might remember - from years ago. The current 'Regal Meals' line could make you feel more Malchayot (from the Hebrew, meaning 'Monarch.').
Borenstein meals are pretty good as far as kosher meals on flights are concerned.For flights departing from the USA, this will in most cases be the kosher meal that is served to you. Most times it is chicken, though I have had beef sometimes. Never had a fish dish, which for me I have no problem with.All in all, not bad at all.
