The fried shrimp was the only fresh seasoned item. Flounder should not smell fishy. The fish you can tell has been sitting in batter for a long time. No seasoning at all in fish. No seasoning in Mac n cheese. And totally afraid to taste the collards. Someone should have mentioned new ownership that isn't quite familiar with our culture. Our expectations of soul food includes seasoning.

Use to go to this spot whn it was only a Fish house back in the day. Went there yesterday for the first time in years . Ordered simple BBQ Chicken, Collars & Mac n cheese. It was ok but not what I expected. Very Small pieces of Chicken and No BBQ RIBS??

I bought a 3 piece catfish dinner with 2 pieces of flounder. The catfish was definitely a catfish, I received 1 and a half piece of catfish that was passed of as 3 pieces which is false advertisement. Also when ever you come to the establishment the lady takes your order with a bad attitude as if she's annoyed you came and made her work. I bought it to her attention in a genyle manner and she basically made me feel like that was my problem not hers. The fish was over seasoned and it was small portions for the price. I will never cine back to support this establishment again. I hope she changes her attitude but it doesn't matter because I won't be back to experience it. BTW, this isn't my only time experiencing the unappreciative demeanor.

Ordered my food, was told it would take 15 minutes. Check in after 15 minutes and my order was never started. I don't know what the food tasted like, it was my first time there and the fact that I was extremely hungry made the experience that much worse.
