on July 26th I made a purchase and they charged me double and it's August 5th and I still can't get my 40 dollars back. I find this deplorable.I put one star because I can't put less

Only good things are the fries. Patty is gross and super skimpy on toppings. Not even actual pickles just nasty relish and a skinny tomato. Do not go here

Holy crap do these workers hate their job. The we're not only yelling and fighting with each other but when my partner asked for extra honey mustard sauce they yelled at him from the kitchen that they already put bbq sauce in the bag and accused him of being incompetent and not looking in the bag which he did. FYI the self order kiosk doesn't allow you to choose bbq sauce AND honey mustard you angry miserable disgruntled sorry excuse for human employees. As far as the food goes it was the ALL-time WORST burger I've ever had in my life. It was completely flavorless. And the chicken tenders made my partners farts so toxic it could peel the paint off the walls. This place should be shut down and condemned and employees sent to therapy. Also, why on earth would they have the grossest looking kitchen on display for all to see?! Such a horrible design job.

Absolute appalling service and overcharged for food I did not receiveS and they refused to refund me because I ordered online: what a joke. What I paid for what I received was absolute crap. You should be ashamed of yourselves as a business. I cannot select -star.

Terrible wait times, awful service and pathetic prices. Sadly the only place selling hot food at terminal 7.

JFK has a backyard grill?Having skipped breakfast and lunch prior to an early afternoon flight, burger joint was a welcome sight right before boarding at the gate. While onboard whipped out a cheeseburger bad boy which definitely made my flight companions jealous. The thick char lines on my burger patty definitely reminded of the backyard BBQ. Also like a backyard BBQ, the patty was a bit slightly overcooked but I'm not sure if you can get it your way here. Maybe I was biased due to hunger but I swear I do remember this burger fondly. The prices were a bit high as can be expected at an airport but I'd be back again if I'm ever in this terminal.

Total disappointment! $10 for literally, a bun, burger and a slice of cheese. There's definitely better options at the airport.

Can I give zero stars?! No one expects much from airport food, but this experience was beyond the pale. The cashier was majorly incompetent. I waited forever for a simple cheeseburger, watching people with numbers 10 higher than me get theirs. Then when I got the burger, I took one bite and was horrified. It wasn't well done. It was CHARRED beyond belief. It tasted like used charcoal. Then when I went to get ketchup or something to make it somewhat edible, I saw the woman cooking the burgers cough openly over the flame without covering her mouth. Needless to say, I didn't eat anymore of that disgusting burger (with a side of phlegm). Gross.

3 very undercooked and tasteless burgers, 2 sides of crispy fries with very little potato in them, 2 bottles of Pepsi & a beer was £64. The lady serving had a I don’t care attitude and the three staff in the kitchen area were more interested in acting like children than actually doing their job.

I've seen more get up and go with staff with a bunch of turtles racing towards a leaf of lettuce. Extortionate prices and the food doesn't seem that good. Must remember NOT to stop here again

You had one job.. get a burger done, with 1 add on. Didnt deliver as paid for, staff couldnt care less. 3-1 experience = 1st, only and last time

Perhaps the worst burger I have ever had in my life, excepting, maybe, school cafeteria food. This is made all the worse because their motto is something like "service your way". I ordered my burger medium. Apparently, the cashier had never heard the term before. After asking the "chefs", she said "No. Rare or well done." Wtf?! So I ordered it rare. (I think ordering any sort of meat well done should be a crime.) $17 please. I waited 25 minutes and got back a chunk of meat that was not just well-done, but straight up burnt. The cashier (who was also the manager) literally just shrugged her shoulders when I told her. As an aside, the food at this terminal of JFK is so lacking that I will consider bringing my own food in the future.
