This review is mainly addressing the horrible drive-thru service with mobile ordering. I could give them 20 minutes before driving up to the drive thru to pick up my order and I am told to drive forward so the cameras do not see me waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for a small order. This is very disappointing, I love the food but waiting almost an hour for 2 whopper juniors and 1 chicken sandwich is ridiculous. Mind you, there was no line ahead of me, they are just taking their sweet time. Management should seriously look into this and improve on mobile orders. The whole point of mobile orders is to pick up the food in a timely manner.
