I walked through the door around 8:30pm this evening. I was the only one in line with at least 4 employees behind the counter, however I waited to place my order for over 5 minutes before anyone ever approached me. I was about to walk out and leave when they finally came to take my order. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed the girl in the back was microwaving everyone’s burger…not sure how long the burger patties had been sitting around in order for them to need microwaved before serving to customers?Once I got my order, it was acceptable, even after being microwaved. Not great, but it was typical for a Burger King visit.FYI…this Burger King doesn’t give soda refills. I think it’s the only Burger King in the U.S. that I’ve ever been to that doesn’t refill drinks. They will charge you for another drink.The food at this Burger King was not great, but it was nearly on par with other Burger Kings. However, the service and cleanliness of this location are well below standards. Unless you’re in a rush, it’s worth the drive or walk to the next Burger King location.

Went in about 2 weeks ago and saw a roach race across the prep area floor and decided not to go back again for awhile, when I did go back they had the place cleaned considerably.

From ordering at the counter a person that is working at the register should at least be more capable of understanding what your asking for? I gave my order and asked for the breakfast "Eggnormous" burrito (meal). Simple right because it's on the menu. She kept saying, 'edd and cheese burrito'. ? No. ("EGGNORMOUS")! Mind you this BK didn't have each meal marked with numbers?? Again she says, 'egg and cheese burrito'. While pointing at her selection, NOT mine. ?OMG!! NO! ? So after third time asking she then called the manager on duty. I told her what it was and she knew what I wanted. Thank you Jesus! ?? I could tell the manager was speaking in their language telling which buttons and what I wanted.Anyways, after eating I had to use the bathroom and I must say, 'PEUWEE!'? I mean did anybody clean the bathroom in the morning??? It was only 10ish in the morning. Why does it smell that bad? I only came to eat here because I was waiting for my mother who has a doctor's appointment. Otherwise I wasn't coming here.
My son and I love to sit and dine here the atmosphere is awesome and the staff is kool service is pretty good. We love the music it takes you back to the past.

Food was fresh and hot so no complaints there. Another server helped me with the chocolate shake. Yeah, that's a chocolate shake right there. When she served it to me, I said I wanted a chocolate shake and she said that is chocolate. Anyways....i was hoping she'd go back and put another 1/32 of an ounce of syrup in the shake. Nope. She giggled. So 3 stars for the food and friendly service. 0 stars for the chocolate shake maker!

Had to wait 40 mins for my 2 sandwiches & fries to be ready. Something wrong with their system or something. Also this was at 5AM. When it was NOT busy hours. Ridiculous.

Their speed of service has went totally downhill. I just came back from a 3 month vacation. This place used to be one of my spots but if they take near like 20 minutes to make my order , I might have to go elsewhere. I see alot of new faces thar were not here before. I think under new management. Burgerking gotta do better to train their employees.
