I ordered delivery and the delivery guy told me to never order again if i’m not tipping, how crazy is that? I personally tip if i’m receiving services that exceed my expectations!

My family and I were very loyal customers over the years but the last time we ordered they missed an item which isn't a big deal I called back and told them what we were missing. The man on the phone argued with me saying I didn't say I wanted that even though my family heard me specifically say that one item. When the delivery man came back to deliver the missing item I was met with disrespect and an attitude. He accused me of not answering the phone (which i did but he kept hanging up), he shook the food in front of me to signal to me that I would have to walk to the gate if I wanted the item, he opened the gate and left that gate open storming off on me mid sentence when I was trying to tell him I did pick up the phone. therefore we will take our business else where.

This place is not bad , I liked that they didn't overcook my fried chicken wings . I had the broccoli and white rice with chicken wings ..

I ended up getting food poisoning. The rice was dry, and the noodles were bland. And they didn’t even give me a fortune cookie.

As a Chinese, I am so disgraced to see that a rat was actually in there. This is an insult to the Chinese community. I apologize on behalf of all Chinese. Making Chinese look so bad to Americans

Always get the same thing for my daughter French fries & chicken wings, she loves it

Their garlic wings and crab sticks are always delicious! Anytime I've called or visited, I've received good customer service! I've only had their garlic wings, fries, and crab sticks.

Today wasmy first time buying at this place. I read the reviews and it wasn't good but being the offspring of a chinese chef, there are certain things you become privy to. That said i ordered shrimp with vegetables and steamed rice. To me it was perfect... not salty at all which is synonymous with chinese food. Chinese people are generally quiet, blunt and extremely reserved individuals thats why sometimes they come off as seemingly rude. And as for the ambience....what can i say... its your typical chinese hole in the wall shop.... but it definitely does not mean they are nasty or the food is nasty! First of all whatever everyone is saying in the reviews about how rude these people are it’s 100% true hence why people should not spend their money here they don’t care about you they just want your money and can’t even be courteous .This is one of the dirtiest places that you can ever order your Chinese from locally I would recommend you going to any other place besides them the food isn’t that good and the customer service is even worse I am horrified from the most recent experience that I had with this delivery driver, who insisted on taking a tip that I did not allow him to have If you want to deal with rude, nasty Chinese people handling your food, then yes, order from these disrespectful that don’t even take the time tender, loving care to make you decent food. You’re better off getting wings from the supermarket and making it yourself and a pack of frozen french fries will be better than them. I can attest I’ve been living in my area for over 10 years and it’s still trash. Nothing about it is even up to standard.

Parking: dbl prkg is common on this stretch.

Absolute worst. No flavor, old food. Just don’t waste your money here.

Do not eat from here the food is old they just recook the old food and sell it to customers. I just got some food from them the other day and got food poisoning before i got the food I was fine and healthy and after I ate it I felt nauseous and disgusted I repeat DO NOT EAT FROM HERE
