Totally disgusted. The music was blasting and the young man behind the counter. Ignored me, when he finally got through doing whatever he came to me. NO. . How may I help you? Not a good morning, nothing he just looked at me.I asked for a waffle bowl. He pointed to the waffle cones. I said no I want a waffle bowl. Oh, we don't have that and walked away. It's a shame, but this will be one last place in my neighborhood that I shop . There was no inventory to be sold in the freezers ... And upon leaving I noticed a sour smell... That's it for me...

I have been going to the local carvel here for years. The guy who works here always is helpful and tells me he can best assist if we tell him what we need in advance. Every time I forget but he is still able to pull off exactly what I needed every time. I appreciate people like him who consistently go the extra mile.

I needed a cake last minute. The place was empty. As soon as I walked in and looked at the cakes, the owner greeted us and asked me what we were looking for. He immediately said he had a cake in the back and that he could quickly get it ready for me. He got the cake ready in less than 5 minutes and told me that next time I can order a cake in advance to my liking. He was very friendly and I was satisfied overall.
I don't understand the negative reviews on this place. I work across the street and frequent this Carvel very often. The staff is always kind and courteous, the place is clean, and the ice cream is always on par with the best of the other locations. It seems like some dumb people in the neighborhood just have it out for the owner. He's a small businessman with a great product. Stop hating.

So I needed some flying saucer, I remembered they was 12.99. When I walked in the store I didn't see the flying saucers and then Singh came out and I told him what I was looking for thinking he didn't have any. He went in the back and came out with the 6 packs of flying saucers. Not only did he give me great service he also sold them to me for $2. (10.99) Less then what the price was. Great job Singh you saved the day.

I don't know who owns this establishment. It's dirty. The card machine never works and you won't know til you get to the front on that long line they have. I order them from Uber Eats or grub hub. They didn't have the oreo flying saucers. I order the birthday cake flying saucers and they only put sprinkles on it. It's supposed to have birthday cake crumbles. If I want good service, clean store and my correct order....why must I travel all the way to Bellerose? At that location, you can even get an order specially made when you walk in or call ahead and it will be ready for you. I live in St. Albans. I shouldn't have to go across town for a decent carvel. I called twice just now and no one answers the phone...EVER. Its sad and annoying.
