I love Carvel... but this place is horrible... is it an ice cream shop... or a check cashing place? They didn't have bonnet... no hard shell chocolate.... there were no customers and crumbs were everywhere...have the other girl instead of watching TV... clean up some... do something productive! There was a funny taste to the vanilla ice cream... go find another location!

October 2023… So I take my wife to this Carvel location on Merrick Blvd in Queens… thinking it would be as good as the Carvel’s we normally enjoy in Elmont (off Dutch Broadway). What an epic fail! My wife didn’t get what she wanted and well… I’m kinda in the dog house for taking her there… My bad!!! It’ll never happen again. This place should actually close. They’re doing more harm to the Carvel brand than can be imagined. I’d never recommend anyone visit this location. And to my beautiful wife… I’m sorry. Love ya babe.

The best thing about this Carvel are the people who work there. My son asked for a medium chocolate cone and I swear the guy working there made it seem like an extra large, my son's eyes lid up when he saw it. Unfortunately most of it landed on his shirt and my car!

The WORST chocolate mint chip ice cream I ever ordered. It wasn't even chocolate mint ice cream. It was neon syrup with vanilla ice cream. And the order includes fudge, they didn't include the fudge nor the brownie bits I payed extra for on Uber eats. This order went right to the garbage and demanded refund right away. This place lacks common skills.
I ended up getting sick from this place. Ordered 2 large strawberry sundaes and both were spoiled. The strawberries were no good at all and I didn't realize until it was too late. Very terrible for a business. I could only imagine if I gave this to my child. Order at your own risk.
