The reason for my one star rating is that this restaurant want very appealing, no ambience , nothing enticing you & the staff members one was sitting down on their phone , the other was jus standing there & the others were in the back , the jerk chicken was in the back & it was dry & had no taste or flavor , the oxtail was mediocre & was only given 5 pieces in a large which was so unbelievable when they charge so much for it.They didn’t even have fried plantains or steamed vegetables which is a norm for any Jamaican Restaurant. Also the rice & peas was so dry & had no type of flavor & I could literally count my peas . Prices are high for not good tasting food . I’m sorry this was my first & last visit . Very disappointed with the food quality here . Not sure what’s going on but they need to seriously make some changes.

The sweet chili salmon with Rasta pasta was amazing!!!!!!!! I was kind of mad when the sauce got all over the pasta because the pasta was too damn good!! But as a pregnant woman, I approve! They satisfied my cravings very well.

Cascade jerk in the pandemic used to be so good now they're jerk Chicken and jerk salmon just taste like bottled jerk sauce. There was 0 smokeyness to the jerked items and took much browning or molasses in the jerk sauce. Mac and cheese was a little burnt and flavorless 🫤. Only good thing was the rasta pasta . Also charged two dollars more for using card . They need the old ppl who made the food taste good back
Both the young girls are really comfortable with disrespecting customers. This is a great way to lose business. I don’t know who the owner is but you need to teach them how to talk to the people who support your company. Absolutely no respect!
