A fine enough place for a panini. Mostly a bar with a cold case for food, a microwave and a panini press. Portions were quite small for the price. Bottled drinks sold here are twice as expensive as the Hudson News in the same terminal. $45 for two small paninis and two standard bottled waters.
The food is sub par at best. Had the burger and fries (hard to mess that up). This was the worst burger and the worst fries I’ve ever had. Soggy, unseasoned/unsalted fries coupled with a boiled burger patty. The only redeeming quality is that the worker that took my order was pleasant.

Horrible. Paid for a full glass of wine and got a tiny glass. This meal was $40 (trying to attach picture). It was horrible. And the people that work there are busy on the phone, doing personal things and not even paying attention. Nobody was in there and I watched people walk in and leave since nobody working there was paying attention. I'd be livid if I was the owner.

$100 for lunch for 4 people and they forgot to make our food. ??♂️ after 10 minutes I went back to ask about it and the woman at the till said it would be 2 minutes. Five minutes later they came out and asked what we had ordered and then went back and made it.
The food is quite basic and not worth the $15+ per entree, but if you’re stuck in the airport, I guess there aren’t many options.

The place is quite small, and there are few tables to sit at and eat. The food is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable for being in an airport. The service is quite poor, there were only two employees in the entire place, who were very stressed and couldn't give me cutlery when I asked for it. I had to eat with my hands. There are very few employees for so many people.
Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair does not fit here, the place is small and almost all of it is occupied by tables. Better to find another place.

We just had coffee’s here at JFK. The service was quick and prompt.

The food here is criminally bad. I spent about $20 on a caprese panini and a hot tea. The panini was a greasy, jumbled mess of soggy flatbread, unpleasantly chewy mozzarella, and lackluster tomatoes. Cascata is a waste of space at JFK and ought to be shuttered.
I want to clarify that the employees of this "restaurant" were perfectly kind and I'm sure doing their jobs as best they can.

Good crispy chicken sandwich. Service was friendly as well.
This is horrendous. The chicken sandwich on a brioche bun with pickles was served without pickles, without a brioche bun, a drop of BBQ sauce, and the chicken appeared to be heated up frozen chicken tenders. Words can’t do it justice. This was a memorably terrible meal. And besides that, the restaurant was understaffed and ridiculously overpriced. My meal on the plane was gourmet compared to this place.
