Just ordered a 5 piece wing and the food was given messy and dried all out. The food was NOT FRESH AT ALL!!! It looked as if it sat out and around all day long then once ordered they just SLAPPED some sauce on them and charged me almost $10 for dried out, inedible "food". COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! NEVER, EVER GO THERE! You should AT LEAST receive FRESH FOOD when you're ordering and PAYING for it. DESPICABLE! They should be SHUT DOWN!!! >:(

When I was a kid, Checkers tasted so good. As an adult, I'm Less inclined to agree with my kid self. The food was not tasty at all. The oil the food was fried in smelled and tasted old. It was not a pleasant experience, not that I expect much from an American Fast Food chain. After eating from here, I've decided to stick to purchasing frozen checkers fries from the supermarket... pop those in the air fryer and enjoy a less greasy well seasoned Checkers item because what I paid for today was NOT IT!On a lighter note, the restaurant's cleanliness was a pleasant surprise (A+) and the customer service was great, but the food just isn't worth the calories.Lesson learned.

They treat their customers much better than the Checkers on Guy R Brewer Boulevard in Queens. They don't refuse you dipping sauce with your chicken nuggets like the one on Guy R Brewer Boulevard did to me. This will be my Checkers spot from now on.

Touched My Phone? Unbelievable with all germs and so on why is he “hands on” .I literally loaded the application in front of him face the phone for him to scan, he wanted me give my phone to him to read details. When I told him about this he wanted to catch an attitude. -__-
Ordered pretty late around 10pm off of Uber eats so it might be my fault but I checked my order and they only gave me one half of my order and even then it’s wrong how I know the Uber driver didn’t take it is cause these lazy mfs marked on the bag the incorrect items.
