I go to York around this location and this place has hit the spot most of the time. The Afternoon shift is very fast and effecient, the evening shift is alright, but could be more faster. The burritos are amazing, especially the steak and chicken combo. I get it everytime. Shout out to that one employee who gave me the steak burrito when it was very low in stock! My only gripe is that the beverage options could be better. the fountain machine was mismatched one night. I wanted coke but got sparkling water? and the ice was not working (never did actually)

This location is one of the worst I've been to. I waited in a line for 15 minutes with about 12 other people while multiple employees laughed and talked in the back. They were out in the open and we could see them standing around. There was a separate area where the mobile app orders were being prepared, and they were coming out quickly so, I ordered my food on the app while in the line.
While waiting, they announced they were out of chicken and it would be another 10 minutes. That turned into 20 minutes, and because I had already ordered, I couldn't leave. I had to ask multiple times about my order, and once they completed it, they put barely any chicken on the plate. Frustrated, I left and ate the bowl anyway and the food didn't even taste good. The store was very dirty and the customer service was non-existent. Would encourage you to avoid this location.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Normally I don’t leave reviews but every single time I go to this chipotle there is an issue. Whether it’s an employee with an attitude problem or as of late never having a full menu available. This is the second time I’ve done in there in the last 3 weeks and have been told there’s no chicken available and they weren’t going to make more. I’ve never had a problem at any other chipotle. This site needs a new manager.

Felt to fast foody food was amazing seen management taking temp checks of food so safe there but bath room was closed as well to me that's a big no no because when I'm done drinking and eating I tend to want to clean hands wash face and urinate but couldn't so you only get three from me!!!!!
