I purchased a turkey wrap sandwich from the grab and go section to have on a flight. The sandwich was the worst tasting sandwich I ever had in my entire life. The turkey wrap was hard, dry, tasted like plastic, and was too expensive. I wouldn't mind the price if it even tasted average. Never again!

Where I go for a last minute pre-boarding snack. Not as crowded as other places, it’s really just a hole in the wall to stores to the right of king Starbucks. Muffins are good, and, of course, over priced. Can’t complain about eggs because you have to be crazy to buy eggs here. Service is pleasant.

The cashiers were great. Needed a cup of ice due to the soda being warm. Manager told them to charge 1 dollar for ice. The upper managers are greedy and place the burden on the cahiers.

Breakfast buffet food is disgusting: power eggs, cardboard sausages and soaked in water ham. Charge more but sell food that is actually edible. Shockingly bad for an airport

Absolutely awful. I bought a $17 tofu salad, and it was completely frozen when I went to eat it on the plane. Tiny bit of dressing and they could not provide additional containers. I won't do that again.

Worst place ever. One kiosk at H & H bagel working and they forget to give you butter for your bagel, then they expect you to place a new order for a bagel with butter, therefore, just threw out the bagel. Everyone is rude and doesn't help with anything. Waste of time going there.

What kind of a hot beverages shop runs out of tea, and is unwilling to help a customer. I don't even like Camomile tea. Was very rude staff!!

Strangely, this express spot has better food than the options in the other "restaurants" in the adjoining food court. Sandwiches, yogurt options, juices and a bunch of other pre-packaged items. It made for a good mid afternoon snack for me.

My first visit I stood at the cash register while five employees socialized for at least four minutes. The cashier finally turned and said may I help you, I asked for a latte and She replied, we can’t do espresso‘s, but we can make your coffee. I asked where I can get it espresso sent to me around the corner to Horizon bakery cafe. At Horizon Bakery, the guy working there said, I am a Bar, and there is no barista, so he walked me back to CIBO and asked why they could not make me an espresso. Not sure the reason I gave him. BUT THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THAT the store ACTUALLY has the STAFF CLEANING THE WHOLE PLACE AND BECAUSE THEY already have GLOVES ON THEY DON’T WANNA TOUCH THE ESPRESSO SEEN OR MAYBE THEY ALREADY CLEANED IT FOR THE DAY BECAUSE YOU’RE doing CLOSING DUTIES !!!! INSTEAD OF HELPING CUSTOMERS, SO YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GET A COFFEE or espresso AND I’LL BE SITTING HERE TILL 4- 7 PM It’s very clear that your staff enjoy’s each others company is certainly not translated in customer service August 16th 4-7 pm

I bought a Cobb Salad which was actually very fresh, very tasty but as I got to the bottom I bit into a hard, black piece of plastic the same size as the carrots. I immediately returned the salad - with my receipt- and there was some ( too much) discussion & consternation as to the fact that "yes" most of the greens were eaten but that's when I bit into the plastic. The manager when he arrived, promptly and kindly made the return but the cashier was still in question mode. I would have given 5 stars except 1)the plastic and 2) the response of the cashier.

Avoid at all cost! Sells cold coffee and then takes 20 minutes to get a manager to refund it. No apologies, just business as usual.
