THIS STORE IS SHIT I order them online through uber eats. They said they can’t give me my order bcs they’re run out of stocks. They told me to cancel my order bcs they can’t do it from their side. Now I have to be in a loop hole to get my refund. ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE, stay away!!

What a horrible experience I just had at this location, I walk in very politely asked for a Cinnabon and asked for a specific one I saw at the register, female cashier proceeded into going to the back of the store and give me a dried up old looking Cinnabon and I asked her to please give me the one I initially asked for, the man working with the lady was extremely rude and very confrontational saying they were closed and they could t give me what I paid for, I asked for a refund then he proceeds to mock me with customers coming into the store, humiliating me and making fun of me told me I had to wait 30 min for manager, manager walked in 10 min later didn’t care what I had to say allowed her employee to mock and argue with me in front of her and she could care less HOW IS IT POSSIBLE YO WALK INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND GET SUCH AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR FROM EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER DOES NOTHING TO STOP THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, I would never go to this store again NEVEERRRRR

I went in around 3:30 pm today Monday 22nd September to order a cinnamon bun and was tended to by a worker though his coworker a young man in early 30s to late 20s was mocking my voice repeating what I was saying in a high pitched tone and laughing at me as I asked questions about the menu and requested menu recommendations he had a condescending and rude attitude
I didn't feel welcomed or respected and I won't be back to this location

Cinnabon used to hit harder than this. Either that or the location needs some adjustments. I merely came here to try this place out and add it to my review resume. Perhaps the only good part of this location is that the service was solid and attentive. I wish the feeling was mutual with what I ordered though, but I'll get to that in a bit.
Service is pretty good. Area is a bit on the small side, reducing it to an only takeout location. Maybe I caught the place in a bad time but I was not a fan of what I ordered. What caught my eye was the Oreo Cinnabon and the cookies and creme chillata. I thought I paid a little too much for my liking, $8 for the Oreo Bon and $5 for the chillata (which was fair) plus tax and it all came up to $15. I would've forgiven it if the food was good but I can't give it that grace this time.
My Oreo Bon felt tough when it shouldn't be this resistant digging into it with the fork and the taste was barely there. I have to question the freshness of the Oreo Bon because there should be a lot more flavor into the cinnabon. I've never encountered this problem with the Queens Center and Broadway Mall in Hicksville locations. I couldn't finish it in lack of trying to do so and the chillata was just average. The chocolate was there but I wasn't wowed by it. It left more questions than answers.
I can't in good faith endorse this location. This review was initially a 3 star due to me giving this place the benefit of the doubt for it's above average service but this food gave me the gnarliest stomach bug because of the stale cinnabon and less than impressive shake I had, it was not a pleasant experience. If you want to go to a Cinnabon location where the food is fresh and the drinks have taste to it, go to their Queens Center and Broadway Mall locations.
