Since they changed from Ubereats to DoorDash I have not been able to order their sticky crush special without adding food to the order !!This order is a buy 1 get 1 free sticky ribs with alcohol bev. Why am I adding more food just to be able to order. No one was able to help me , not door dash or Dallas. I’m just a hungry angry customer that wanted her food

I had a delivery and the food came cold and tasted HORRIBLE the chicken did not taste fresh a waste of money! You pay for sauce on the side for what the way they package it it was all spilled in the bag.

Tonight I placed my first order at Dallas BBQ n so I mistaken order the wrong meal so I panicked n called n spoke to Mohammed n I must say he was very kind ,understanding, and proceeded to send me out my correct order at no charge. Mohammed I want to say thanks a million omg my husband would have killed me lol I'm serious u r amazing n that's what great customer service is....u deserve a 10 star...so I thank u again

You would be a fool to eat at this restaurant. I’m from Texas and this so called bbq is nothing like Dallas/TX bbq. The beef rib had a hint of fish taste to it, the cornbread is stale. I ordered from Door Dash and of course leave it up to the ghetto Jamaica, NY location to get my order wrong. I ordered shrimp with my meal but of course I’m not surprised I never got the shrimp. The manager just ignored my two phone calls and had me on hold forever instead of being a real man/manager and own up to it he just rather ignore the situation. I won’t call back, I’ll just leave a review. Being born and raised in TX I know good bbq, do yourself a favor a go to Virgil’s BBQ in Times Square, they know real TX bbq. I will never eat at Dallas BBQ again. Had the manager owned up to this mistake and not play phone games by having me on hold twice for over 5 minutes this could have been resolved and I would have left a decent review. Whether I got my shrimp or not, this beef rib is garbage and will be thrown in the garbage. The stale cornbread will be given to the pigeons at the park.

I went to the location in Jamaica and was ordering food and the display price was less than what the cashier told me my order would be. Amy the cashier spoke to her manager Natir and his excuse was the haven’t gotten a chance to update the visual display. I explained I should be charged the amount that is displayed. He said no I had to pay the updated price. He was not professional and rude. If he behaves like this as a manager I can understand why this restaurant is always empty.
You gotta try the barbecue ribs. Yummy!
