The food is good but they like to play games if you ask for a menu they'll give you a 15 Year old menu with the prices off that time so you order, when you get there the price is double so they figure you will pay it anyway and that's how they get you.

I ordered food jumbo shrimp online and it said it came with fries. I get my order and no fries, they telling me it only comes with shrimp and I would have to paid 2 more dollars to get fries and The food is cold

These people WILL take an hour to make a pie regardless if you ordered for pickup or delivery and that's on more than 4 occasions of me going there. There are at least 5 workers in there who are scared to talk to customers, and will easily disregard you. Service is worse than excrement . The only thing their good at making in time is a slice. Your money is better used elsewhere.
