I called the store to file a complaint about my burnt pizza. The woman I spoke to (did not get her name) was very rude. She ignored then argued my statement as I tried to explain my situation. She later told me to file my complaint to cooperate instead of the store.

I did not receive what I ordered. I called back and was given a story which I could not understand due to a language problem.I had to eat pizza that wad not well done and very sloppy made. My order was delivered wrong the first and had to wait one hour all together but was not happy.

Very rude unprofessional customer service in person and over the phone. The lady taking orders over the phone was rude and put in the wrong order and then her coworker had the nerve to get upset. Too many of workers at this location always be having an attitude for no reason. If you don’t want the job then give it to someone else that needs it and will represent the franchise well.
