We wanted Wendy's after a long flight from Zurich, Switzerland, but this was the only viable option for hot food. They are seriously overpriced, even for NYC standards - it was around $32 for a burger, and for fries it was close to $10-$11. We didn't order fries, but they gave us some anyways.Tried to order from the machine at the tables but wasn't able, so had to get an employee to do it for us. The management is also quite abrasive in terms of personality and wouldn't really allow us to sit and had to be near the high chair while waiting on food.

Had some extra time at JKF thought we sit down for a nice meal. Much to our surprise it was a terrible experience, they have tablet menus that were all broken, and they are mounted on the table in a way that you can't easy interface with the people your with and make it difficult for staff to clean the tables, waitstaff were unfriendly and certainty not motivated because they automatically add gratuity at a rate you can't adjust, and the food was burnt and not very good. Oh and I forgot to mention the prices were outrageous even for a New York Airport. Absolutely disgusted customer and will never be a patron at this location or thier others around the city.

Went here because I had a food voucher from the airline. Server told me to pay with my credit card and the manager would refund me. When the time came, the manager said the server was down and she could not refund me. She was stern, rude, and finally agreed that she would contact me the next day once she processed the refund. She gave me a phone number that does not work. I have not been given a refund almost a week later.Normally I don’t write these types of reviews, but the manager’s customer service skills were terrible and she lacked empathy and was harsh about the situation. The server was very respectful and remorseful about the situation, trying her best to correct the situation. But I’m very upset that my credit card was charged, and I can guarantee the manager also charged the food voucher.

Very poor value. Small portions (eg. add on shrimp was $16 for 4 small shrimp). Food was ok but not great considering the price. Slow service from waitstaff that are not friendly. I won’t be back

Worst restaurant at airports ever . Pricey , bad customer service . There is no interaction with a hostess or a waitres . Order is done through an iPad and pay in advance in musing the tip . We order two plates for me and wife, mine came and hers took 20 more minutes aster a hasssle with the “manager”.. don’t eat here .

Disgusting appalling service. I was finishing my beer, after having paid my bill and tipped. Waitress proactively pressured me to order more or leave the table, claiming she needed the table and telling me there are other places outside where I can “sit for free”. She had at least 10 empty tables based on a quick glance. Greed, NOT lack of tables for waiting guests, was the real issue here.

My experience was similar to others. I don’t generally do one star reviews but given that we did take out and were required to pay a large tip, the food wasn’t high quality, and our waitress was rude, I feel this is an exception. I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone.

This place has a lot of bad reviews but my experience was pretty good. My server was friendly and courteous and continually checked in on me, and the food was delicious. The price is a little steep but that is what I come to expect when eating at an airport.

This was one of only two restaurants that serve hot food in the terminal, and both have less than 2 of 5 stars in reviews. First, the bar is open, but they would not let me sit there. They told me to seat myself at any table. When I chose a table, a differently server asked me if I was alone and then told me to sit at the bar when I said yes. After sorting out that confusion, and despite there being 20 (I counted) empty tables, I was brought to a table where another patron was already sitting, and was on a conference call! This place is super annoying because every table has an iPad for ordering and it just sits upright in the center of the table (2 per table) and plays annoying flashing videos the entire time.My iPad wouldn't work properly and it charged me several times. It also suggested add-ons such us chapstick and toiletries to my order. My food came out and it was bland. I tried to salt it, but the salt and pepper are in the opposite shakers.Last, the meal comes out on a ceramic plate, but they gave me individually wrapped plastic to-go silverware. This place is a nightmare and really should be closed.

Airport bar and restaurant by gate 68 Terminal 2 JFK. Overpriced I guess due to airport. Food tasted good and wine selection decent. The bartender was great and brought drinks quickly. Kitchen service was a little slow specially given all patrons have flights to catch. Not much of an atmosphere with lots of people running around you trying to make flights and place is open.

How far has service fallen.... Order at the table on your kiosk.....pay at the kiosk......tip 18% added.... For me to do your job!!!!!!!... Nope 0% effort=0% tip.Our food even worse... Eggs.... How do you screw up eggs... Watery... Bland... I couldn't even finish my meal. My wife also. Worst Eggs Benedict to date!!! Hash browns over cooked... And we had water... A glass..... Thanks for literally no service, very little water, and wanting a tip for that..... This has brought the human race a little further behind! Do not go here!!!

I'd skip and just get breakfast from Wendy's next time...

Definitely not high on the recommendations list!!TERRIBLE experience for us! We ordered a cheeseburger and a grilled cheese sandwich.BOTH meals came to the table the first time….COLD! Almost as if they had been pulled out of the fridge and placed under a 60W lightbulb for heat for about 5 minutes.Sent both meals back….. the cheeseburger came back with warm fries…. BUT THE BURGER WAS STILL COLD!!! As was the grilled cheese.Once again….. sent the grilled cheese back. After about 12 minutes (MORE than long enough to make a new sandwich let alone warm up the first one) “I” had to go to the counter to get the damned thing and bring it to our table. Even then…….. it was warm ISH.

JFK Terminal two is easily one of the worst airport terminals - crowded, lacking facilities, poor design - so we were not looking forward to spending 2 1/2 hours there. However, we spent that time at Due Amici, where the staff - bar tenders and servers - were very accommodating and helpful. They helped us move from the bar to a table (due to a loud customer at the bar), and the service at both were great.Food was acceptable, basically food-court quality, except for the cheesecake, which was one of the best (it tasted like creme brulee, but on cake), but it was the servers and bar tenders that set this place apart and make our stay at Terminal 2 a little more tolerable.
