My coffee was good. It was strong and hot, even tasted a bit chocolaty. The store is disgusting though. It looks cluttered and dirty. I know it's a busy terminal but there is no excuse for poor hygiene, especially when the neighboring stalls have A health scores Their health score is hidden. I would not get a pastry from here. The pastries look like their thrown on the trays and kept their for days. I could be wrong about that but they definitely need to fix their appearance. Mera's Tip: caffeine

I won't be going back here since discovering that there's a Starbucks in this terminal, but this Dunkin has served me pretty well in Terminal 5. The coffee is decent at best (latte was fine, but chai latte was not that great) & I've not tried any foodstuff here. I do have to say the staff here are really sweet! They definitely made the process of ordering & picking up my food better.

The food court was truly a disaster when we were here a few days ago. Super crowded, all the drinks in the cooler were warm, and the lines to check out were crazy. I tried to order a sandwich at the restaurant next door, and after ordering and standing there for 15 minutes, they finally told me they didn't have any egg salad. So, in desperation, I popped over to Dunkin and got a bagel. It was ready in about 2 minutes. I wish I'd have done that originally.

Tea was so hot that I burnt my mouth severely. Staff were also very rude. This place needs to be investigated for health and safety issues

Standard Dunkin vibes here but much improvement for mobile ordering is needed to provide customers their food & drinks in a timely manner.

Staff extremely unhelpful, suspect the only items that are in stock are the ones that they don't have to expend any energy to create themselves.This is my first one star review I believe, just in case you think I'm a serial complainer. I'm really not. Good luck if you are attempting to eat here!

I can’t believe I’m writing a review about a Dunkin Donuts at JFK, but, I don’t have anything else to do at the gate before my flight boards.Twenty-five minutes in line for a cup of coffee. Don’t like it? Then join the mob in front of Starbucks.Pre-pandemic, the cups and coffee were available self-service. There also used to be at least one Dunkin kiosk in the terminal. Now, you need to wait in a line behind families of five who wait until they’re at the counter to decide what they want. Then you wait for your coffee. Then you wait in another line to pay.The coffee situation at Terminal 5 is terrible.

Yes, there was a line and then another separate line to pay and yes, most airport businesses/vendors do not honor loyalty programs but the service was as expected for Dunkin’ and I got my coffee. Getting on my flight to go film some stuff in another state now. Let’s party.

Long line even for an airport and when I finally got my coffee it was too hot to carry. Staff refused to give me a sleeve or second cup. Pass and check out the other other coffee/breakfast options in the terminal.
