They will lie to you about the type of coffee. You pay for Midnight coffee (which they never have) and they will serve you regular...telling you us Midnight. Bacon is not well cooked and is raw and has elastic texture! Gross!!

I am from Upstate and not from the area, me and my family were looking for beverages at night and since its 24 hour we went there through the drive thru. The lady taking the order couldn’t understand what I was ordering even if we repeated a couple of times. I had a feeling that the order was going to be wrong. We got the order and I see that the price was more than what I expected. I see the receipt and they charge me for a drink I didn’t order and more expensive. I tried to speak to the employee and with an attitude told me that “ that is what you order ”. She then went to grab another employee probably the manager and disappeared. If it was the manager, sincerely I do not know how that Dunkin Donuts is still open because that manager had the most rudest attitude I have ever seen in a manager. He repeated the same thing as the other employee told us and didn’t gave us a solution or answer. He suddenly disappeared. I kept waiting for his solution because I thought he went to the back to give me a refund or the right drink. He came back confused and with a drink. I took the drink thinking it was the right one. (It was not). But seeing his face he thought we left and that we were other customers. He started fighting and saying stuff to me, I tried to tell him to give me a refund bc he charged me for a different thing and he waived his hand to make us leave and didn’t want to speak to me and only told me he had more customers behind.
I honestly left bc got really stressed and disappointed.
They all need to learn to have more communication, better attitude, customer service and learn to solve peoples needs. Starting with the managers. Also, have a manager the to know fluent English because he couldn’t understand or even speak well.
Dunkin Donuts, please learn to hire people who have professionalism, communication, knowledge and show them to serve with good attitude.

Just a warning, if you order on Uber Eats they might give you random items instead of what you asked for. I appreciate them giving me munchkins though, and the donuts they did give tasted good and fresh. They should cancel the order if they don’t have the items I ordered.
