6/28 Friday 6:10 pm asked for a green tea light ice, instead she gave me an old spoiled heavy iced green tea. they was talking about they have no more ice tea, they should have just let me know so i could order something else. We drove off and notice the two donuts are dry and old, and that the green tea was spoiled. very bad customer service and unprofessional. Add photos & videos

One day while standing on line for my pineapple mango a lady came in screaming about somethingSo motioned take her first young manAsked what she wanted she said she was hungry yelling those boys stayed cool got her a coffee and donut and she calmed down and stood on the side I was paying 4 her and one of the kids said everyone needs help sometimes. I thought I was tearing upU don't see that these days WOWThese guys should be training all new employees on how to be. Wish these guys were my son's.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte medium. Hot and I asked for Almond Milk and the worker did not charge me for it. When she brought it to me I asked her is this Almond Milk and she said no it is regular milk. I told her I asked for Almond Milk. She did not apologize for the mistake and when she re made it she gave it to me with an attitude. Don't get an attitude because you got the customers order wrong and you also need to listen to the order and if you made a mistake apologize. You want people to come back to your place of business in the future and recommend people to your establishment. You also want good reviews.
Placed an online order 5 mins ago. Get here and their not opened. Employees inside, doors locked, lights out. Supposedly they open at 530. They let me n at 550 and were mad at me, saying they weren't ready. As per most DDs in this area, no smiles, no good morning, no hello. Just yelling "Were not ready". I didn't set the store hours, dont know why she's mad at me.??♂️
