I ordered a medium sweet caramel coffee and a sweet bacon and bagle. The service is excellent and the Manager and a guy named Saif are kind workers and professional. I will have breakfast there in the mornings before going to work.

I came in several times and tried to be patient, but it seems to get worse and worse with every visit. The staff is very slow. They seem to not care. The lines get extremely long and they seem to get nothing done in time. Once again I tried to be patient, but the service sucks. It can be better. Food is fine. I never had a complaint really and the atmosphere is beautiful. Just get the service moving quicker and more efficient.

I ordered at the kiosk. Instead of announcing the number when my order was ready the server mumbles unintelligle things when he places a bag on the counter. My 10 year old cousin tried to confirm if it was ours. She was ignored. I finally went to pick it up, I had to dig into the bag to know it was ours. Tip: just announce the number!! Smh. Ordering wasn't pleasant either but that is another story.

Me and my family have been coming here for years and every time you have to cross your fingers if you’re going to get the right thing you ordered. We’ve had enough with this store and the horrible staff. Cooperate needs to do something about the staff, the person in charge of this store and the district person.
