Hello I want to make a complaint about my recent online orders. My order is always wrong even when I place it clearly through the app. This keeps happening and it is very frustrating and disappointing. Every time I try to call the store I can never reach anyone because the phone never works or is never answered. This makes it impossible to fix the issue. I pay for my items exactly how I want them and they still come out wrong. Please address this issue with your staff and make sure online orders are prepared the right way. Thank you.

I eat a sourdough bread with avocado over here and the bread was so hard that it felt like I was eating plastic. Every time I bite it my teeth made a squeaky noise like plastic. I don't know if employees toast it to much or it was plastic. There is a shelter near by maybe they trying to get rid of those people by selling non-real food. There was a homeless guy sleeping on the floor inside the Dunkin Donut.

order wrong, attitude at the front, i asked for a flavor ice cream, guy said he didn't have so im like ok, i go and check and there was the flavor, and the time it took for me too get 2 coffees and some microwaved hashbrowns was just too much. Also the guy from another review that has a picture is the sameeee guy giving attitude infront, get him out already ...

I cannot believe I’ve witnessed such rudeness at this location, this Indian lady that wears a lot of makeup and jewelry. She was making rude faces at myself and another customer and talking behind our backs in another language, the worst thing is that it is not the first time. Dunkin please teach your employees how to act because that is not okay. You shouldn’t ever be rude to your customers. If you’re not having a good day, you do your job and keep moving but that should never be inflicted on your customers. Numerous times they have made my food/drink incorrectly and I let it go but rudeness I will not tolerate. You won’t have my business anymore.

Today Sept. 3rd 2025 there a lady with a blue scarf on her head working she is more interested to be on the phone talking instead of taking care of customer ,what kind of service is this . The owner or manager most do something about workers they need to focus ,concentrate and do their job prpperly not only on the phone talking with family and friends .

This dude needa get fired, took 5+min to get to register to take my order, and when I got my coffee and ask for sugar packets he said sure but then proceeded to take another order before giving me the sugar
THIS IS BY FAR WORST. NO CUSTOMERS THERE AND STILL HAD TO WAIT AWHILE FOR THE CASHIER, AFTER WARDS CUSTOMERS CAME IN WAITING AND LEFT. SHE USED THE SAME GLOVES THAT SHE COLLECTED MONEY TO MAKE 2 EGG WITH SAUAGE WRAP. WHEN I CAME HOME THE HARASH BROWN BURNT AND HARD AS A ROCK! THE EGGS WRAP HAD NO SAUSAGES. I JUST THREW EVERYTHING AWAY. I WASTED MY MONEY. I DO NOTICE WHEN EMPLOYEE CLEANING THE FLOORS THEY DONT WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER. VERY NASTY LOCATION WITH LAZY EMPLOYEES.

Wow… this is NOT my first time dealing with the guy in the picture, and every time it’s the same story: wrong order + bad attitude. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. I ordered a decaf caramel latte with less ice and another decaf caramel latte with oatmilk (no ice). What did I get? One with no ice, and another with half a cup of ice and no caramel. When I pointed it out, he argued with me and said I “never said it.” Please — check the cameras and see for yourself. And to top it off, he threw food at me like a dog. When I asked for the manager’s name, he suddenly claimed he was “new.” I’m a regular — I’ve seen him working here for over a year. Then he backtracked and said, “oh, the manager changes every month.” Really? This place runs like a reality show now? And it’s not just this order. Every time I ask for oat milk, the drink comes watered down. If I’m paying extra for oat milk, I should actually get oat milk — not watered drinks. The whole experience feels careless, disrespectful, and unprofessional. And sadly, management doesn’t seem to care either. 0/10000000000 This dunkin donut sucks
