I won't be returning. The crew lacks proper communication skills and is verrryyyyyy rude. I'm unsure why or how they were hired. Definitely not coming back for sure. Additionally, they consistently serve me rock-hard avocados toast, and when I confront them, they always throw an attitude. Come on, guys, don't try to teach me. I've previously worked at Dunkin' Donuts and trained numerous team members.

Dunkin’ Donuts is generally an excellent place for coffee and treats. However, I cannot recommend this location, specially at night. There is only one worker, service is very slow and bad quality. Moreover, there are homeless people allowed in and they sit down on the seats. The place looks feels snd looks unsafe.

Ohhh these people. I don’t know who hired them. Every morning those young guys over here they are sleepy, they don’t smile, they don’t reply property, it seems they don’t want to work. I really hate when you see these kind of faces early in the morning.At least, the owner should make sure these people behave good in the morning.

I wish to give 0 stars. The food we got was rotten. We didn’t check until we reached home. We ordered matcha, that was too watery and didn’t taste like matcha at all. Hash browns were not cooked properly. Management needs to take action. Never coming back.

Very bad products and service, bought matcha got as if it was just sweet water, avocado toast was old and hard as wood, hashbrown were half fried.The store was very unclean.The worst experience for me personally was the bad behavior of the staff. The guy was on call with the phone on his ear, making orders with one hand giving bad attitude, the lady was sitting ignoring us at all when I asked for some sanitizer please, they outright said no, which was just there.Hard pass, do not go there.

I order a strawberry refresher, its was like having a normal cup of iced water ? it’s so watery and have no taste totally wasted ? I ask the guy to fix it , he add like 2 drop and it’s like when he didn’t added at all ? I go there over and over but it’s the same .
