If I could put no stars I would I went there on 2/3 around 2 am and there was no line or anybody rushing the server there I had asked for extra cream cheese and said I would pay extra he said ok when I get home and see my bagel this is what he gives me. I have gone there in the day time and live around the area for 16 plus years. He clearly didn’t care and when I asked him if I can have extra and I was willing to pay he had an attitude. I tried my best to take a picture of him because this is unacceptable.

I don’t have words to describe how disgusting this dunkin location is. It’s the worst I’ve ever had, the workers don’t speak English and have messed up my order countless number of times and im fed up. In addition, don’t absolutely DO NOT get the donuts cause you’ll get rock solid ones nothing is maintained. I hope they close down this location forever or change the staff to some people more qualified to maintain an establishment.

This morning I purchased two breakfast egg wraps. 1 bacon and 1 turkey sausage. On both wraps the meat to egg ration was so ridiculously small the the serving was smaller than the size of the egg’s yoke. Of there was a lot of wrap that did not have egg or meat. They really should do better at preparing the wraps. This is the only place I experience the sandwich made so cheaply. Very disappointed.

My mother and grandmother visit this Dunkin' Donuts location 2-3 times a week. My 84-year-old grandmother looks forward to her coffee and donut - it's the highlight of her day. Unfortunately, their experience has been consistently poor. The female staff in particular are almost often rude and impatient, rushing my grandmother while she tries to order!!! They also roll their eyes when my mother asks about new flavors, or wants to use the Dunkin App. Blatantly rolls their eyes!
There are concerning signs of racial discrimination. I've witnessed staff accepting returned food from people of their own ethnic background and putting it back on the shelf. While disregarding and being blatantly rude to people of other cultures.
Due to these issues, we will be moving our business to the Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street and Union Turnpike, hoping for a better experience.

Hello parson dunkin, I am highly disappointed with the service I got from your location, it was drive thru. I ordered medium size chocolate shake, it was supposed to be thick and taste like chocolate but it was more watery, didn't taste like chocolate. If you are charging 8$ and change for that one drink and not ready to provide what customers ask for then you should stop expecting people to come to your place. I had no energy to argue with anyone of yoy there because most of you are unprofessional ignorant. You guys forget the actual rule of service industry. Stop saying it's halal then serving haram at the end. You might not like this and I want you to feel that way. I wish i could give you -10 stars. Boycott parsons dunkin ?

I told the person that I wanted 3 donuts and I gave me one and he charged me too much I also asked him for three drinks and I gave me two drinks well but one of them drinks he gave it to me without sugar and I asked him for sugar and they were also rudely educated and what he charged us too much they put them in their tips and they respect my grandmother
