It's Dunkin, like it or not- i love it! Its been a great place to have a cup. The drive through is very busy. Great seating, basically the opposite of Starbucks reduced atmosphere.
Only 2 main issues - families tend to bring all the kids and it gets super noisy in late afternoon. Parent's will let kids yell and cry and run around to a point even the workers caution have trouble hearing orders over the noise.
A big reason the noise gets called out because after the remodeling, the new machinery is louder and it bounces and echoes. It gets extremely challenging and I wish they would take the high noise levels into consideration.

I went to pick up my order at Dunkin today, the hijabi lady in the afternoon that was working was very rude. She gave me the latte in a very rude fashion as if she was about to throw the coffee at me when I came to pick it up. Then she just threw a straw at me. Itâs almost like she doesnât want to work and feels dreadful of her job. This is not how someone should take care of their customers, and all franchise fast food companies would take immediate action right away. This type of behavior is not tolerable at any workplace. Please take appropriate action.

When I walked in the store there wasn't anyother customer's in the store and I waited 5 minutes before any of the employees acknowledged me. But not before I asked can ANYBODY help me. I hate to make this a profiling situation but it sure felt like it

$3.59 bagel with cream cheese, barley any cream cheese. Never going back to this Dunkinâ again.
If I could put no stars I would I went there on 2/3 around 2 am and there was no line or anybody rushing the server there I had asked for extra cream cheese and said I would pay extra he said ok when I get home and see my bagel this is what he gives me. I have gone there in the day time and live around the area for 16 plus years. He clearly didnât care and when I asked him if I can have extra and I was willing to pay he had an attitude. I tried my best to take a picture of him because this is unacceptable.

PLEASE BE AWARE.....when you're placing an order at this location the price does not add up I was ordering a coffee but I noticed that the coffee price plus the tax didn't add up to the total price that the system was showing. I even took a picture because I couldn't believe it. NEXT TIME DO YOUR

I donât have words to describe how disgusting this dunkin location is. Itâs the worst Iâve ever had, the workers donât speak English and have messed up my order countless number of times and im fed up. In addition, donât absolutely DO NOT get the donuts cause youâll get rock solid ones nothing is maintained. I hope they close down this location forever or change the staff to some people more qualified to maintain an establishment.

This morning I purchased two breakfast egg wraps. 1 bacon and 1 turkey sausage. On both wraps the meat to egg ration was so ridiculously small the the serving was smaller than the size of the eggâs yoke. Of there was a lot of wrap that did not have egg or meat. They really should do better at preparing the wraps. This is the only place I experience the sandwich made so cheaply. Very disappointed.
