The Dunkin Donuts is within the airport. The service was slow but the food and coffee was ok.

Miserable service. Long queue and only 1 server. I came back a second time this evening because my husband’s plane is late arriving and I am hungry and tired. Is there a manager on duty? There were more than 20 customers waiting - only one server/ order person and two other staff. With two tills vacant, why aren’t all available staff taking and fulfilling customer order? . If this were my first time experience with Dunkin I would never go to another shop! But I am a regular customer in NY and CT, and this branch is a non-representative embarrassment for the Dunkin chain! First time I ordered a small coffee with milk and sugar; instead i received a medium cup of tepid brown water. Horrid!!!! I am trying again this time with food. The coffee was better but the muffin (coffee cake) was stale with lots of crumbs as I was eating it.

Worst D and D i ever been two... cash line opens and closes when ever it wants...there is no instruction if its closed ..the machine doesn't really let you custom orders...the orders after you finally order after a 15 min wait now you wait ten mins to get the order then hope they know how to read and you get what you ordered...don't get online if you need it quick because you will miss your flight and the garbage coffee and sandwich is not worth it

Horrible slow unprepared overpriced and a waste of time . All sandwiches and hash browns are microwaved. Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant tasted very dried out. It tasted horrible. Service is slow and the lines are long. Never again!

Rude. Worst service. From the woman that took my order to the woman that made my drink, worst Service. Understand this is one of the only options for good and coffee in this terminal but Dunkin Donuts should do something about this. This is the face of your brand at this location.

Worst Donkin Donuts ever the staff is very disrespectful to the client and slow too. I noticed today a woman doing cash in the line for the people who have cash and when I got to the cashier she suddenly stopped helping the cashier and another woman told me no cash credit and debit card only. I just want a medium black coffee I pay credit instead the lady of the cashier gave me a large coffee.Worst Donkin Donuts ever. 3/23/23 4:50am

No cash lines Stale donuts early in the A.M Orders are consistently wrong One lady that's there everyday Yells All day about nothing. Would rather a starbucks

Hands down, the worst Dunkin…. Avoid at all cost. The ordering system is slow… staff there are 4 of them, but they take 10 min for each order. They took more than 30 minutes to give out plan Bagels. And every order they gave out had something missing. I would recommend Dunkin management close the shop or change management.

Not enough staff to handle the volume associated with being the only coffee shop outside security in the busiest terminal of JFK. Don't make the mistake of ordering an espresso drink: you'll be here forever!

Lord I pray that someone anyone comes and open up a coffee shop at JFK . The line is to long for when you just want a quick cup before your flight.

Being run by incompetent folks. They make us order through the kiosk and then after paying they say it is not available Etc. Horrible and lousy. Dirty as well
