THIS DUNKIN IS LITERALLY USELESS! They don’t hear you when you say not to put something specific on a sandwich. I’m Muslim and specifically said no bacon and to put white cheddar cheese instead she gives me a bacon egg and cheese, I go back she changed it to egg and cheese with American, I go back AGAIN and she tells me I have to pay ?!?? I’m sorry what ! This place needs new workers or more people at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN TO ANYONE !

Worst Dunkin ever!!! The 2 Bengali ladies working in the morning did not care about our order and made it look like we were bothering them. We ordered 4 drinks and 4 food items and each one of them had an issue with it. They tried being nice but we tried avoiding going back because they sounded annoyed. Manager should definitely train their employees more on customer service since they have a lot of bad reviews.

Believe the other reviews. This is hands down the worst Dunkin in existence. I don’t go to any Dunkin’s anymore due to many horrible experiences here. Coffee at this location is dreadful. Food here makes me feel sick. Doesn’t happen at any other location. I hope this location gets shut down before someone gets hospitalized from bad food.

I live in the area, and have never written a review for this spot in all my years of tolerating it. I commute for work, and frankly I don’t go here enough for it to matter. I just think anyone ordering here should know not to order anything that requires more than pouring ingredients into a cup in sequence. Shakin’ Espresso? Looks just like a normal iced coffee. Iced Cappuccino? Looks just like a normal iced coffee. Macchiato? You guessed it. My theory is the training here kinda blows. I’ve never said anything to anyone because the location is convenient, which keeps these folks busy. It’s not worth it. But, if you’re particular about your drinks, please just go somewhere else. This location is for people on the run who just need caffeine. Oh, the food is fine.

Extremely poor experience and customer service. Ordered a drink off the menu, read the description of the drink clearly to the guy. He made the wrong drink, told him that’s not what I ordered. He then Proceeded to argue with me. From the start, he had a nasty attitude, like I was bothering him to place a drink order. I paid for my drink and left with nothing! I was appalled at his attitude and poor customer experience. I’m sure the money I paid and left without my drink won’t get him or his business far in life. Desperately in need of better employees and business ethics.

This is genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. I unfortunately try them out every couple months because they’re the closest one to my house. And they try to convince you that the orders they made incorrectly are actually fine and you’re the one who’s wrong. I ordered a frozen Matcha latte today. I go in. There’s one there that is iced. Two entirely different things. (And I only get Matcha there because their coffee is so abhorrent that it is not worth the risk. It usually looks like swamp water and they won’t fix it.) I asked him to remake it and he tried to tell me that iced is the same as frozen/blended. So he remade it exactly the same. I watched him pour it over ice. It wasn’t even worth it so I left. I opened my sandwich, it’s completely wrong. I guess it’s on me for continuing to give them a shot. I’m finally gonna stop. I’ll walk an extra 30 minutes or get delivery and pay an extra $15. Either of those are preferable to going back to this horrible Dunkin.

I ordered 5 min before this able bodied person. I ended up getting my food 3 min later then that person and my order was smaller as while.
Was charged $54 did not even get half of what I order try calling but no answer from them. Coffee didn’t taste good. Donuts was stale.
