They overburnt chicken wrap they know it but they gave it . I took it it is really worst, I would never recommend

Coffee is always served fresh and the food is cooked the way I wanted to be cook. The only problem on this store is the homeless people outside who would curse you if you don’t give them tips. The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.

Very fast service, Great food and coffee is served fresh daily, it’s just the homeless people outside that bothers me. I feel so threatened every time I leave the store without giving them tips. The owner should do something about this. But dunkin and store wise, great experience. Workers were helpful when I needed something that I couldn’t find.

Service very bad their will be three or four working doing different thing's see you waiting for help in ordering and the workers protend they dont see you at all i was in yesterday and the workers stay in the back until they decide to work hand dirty and all no work etiquette

We walked there after midnight and it was a little scary. They closed the door and we could only order through the window. There was q disturbed person babbling words for min while we were ordering. Two police officers came to ask him questions. The people who worked there probably were scared, too.

This is my daily visit spot. I love this place.

There’s a worker by the name of Patsy i believe. She’s the worst employee there, she can’t hear a thing you say, she has a disgusted face every time, she can’t make any drinks correctly and she just looks like she hates her job. If you hate it then get a better one. I leave the store when i see her at the cash register. Horrible.

Great place

So today I accidentally ordered here, tried calling to cancel order but was told manager wasn’t there to cancel it. I asked the lady I was on the phone with if they can make me a new coffee since by the time I get there the ice would have melted. She told me it was fine. I get there and asked the guy if he could make me a new one and explained I had ordered here by mistake. He kept asking why and even told me next time don’t order here. Eventually the lady I was on the phone with made me a new one.
