This is my go-to Dunkin spot. Convenient location and staff is always on point. Very friendly and accommodating, and always providing great service. Sometimes they get a high volume of customers, but they’re able to deliver quick and efficiently - never had a wrong order given to me.
Management is also great and helps ensure all staff members are treated like a team. One feedback I’d provide is to probably to have a dedicated coffee staff who handles all drink orders separately while the rest of the staff focuses on other things (I’ve seen this structure work very efficiently in Manhattan, specifically in very busy locations). But either way, friendly service, great vibes, and a hard working pool of staff.

The ladies working in this DD were very friendly and helpful. We shared good stories after I saw she wore a Mets emblem on her uniform shirt. Thanks ladies! I enjoyed my cheddar cheese bagel, donut and coffee that much better because of your congeniality.

I had my 12 pound maltipoo in my dog carrier on my shoulder, and quickly stopped by to get a cofee. The lady manager, said I had to pick up my coffee outside by the window. I then asked, well what if I just zip up the bag? Still no. Really, like me being there and having my tiny maltippo in a carrier was going to cause a problem. It's ridiculous!
I don't know why the staff ? is so rude ? I love donkin donuts but this place is different if you ask for some napkins they didn't answer waw so bad

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Lipi, the manager, kept yelling at me just for asking simple questions about the menu, and then would yell even louder if I failed to understand her. Settle down, Lipi. I just want to eat a donut and get fat in peace. Ended up giving up and leaving.
