There is one lady which is behaving very bad with all customers she need to learn the manners and respect I was witness that a Spanish lady was asking tea and she started misbehaving either she gave her less money and she was saying bad word under her tongue which is really really shameful for Duncan donuts

Worst DD I’ve ever been too. Donut was at least 5 days old, it was hard as a rock, ordered cappuccino and got coffee with a dash of milk. Prices are a huge rip off.

I went yesterday to buy 1 M hot chocolate, and the 2 women who were working there, they had a disgusting attitude with the customers... 15 min to make a Chocolate??? unreal!!! they were too busy flirting with the airport security.

Rudest staff and worst service. Waste your time to put your order in the machine then get asked rudely by staff what is your order. 1. Why not have an actual person take the order because obviously the current system is broken. 2. I get you have to do this a thousand times a day but no reason to be rude and condescending to a customer that is following your system. Go to Starbucks or any of their coffee place in terminal 4.

As with all other reviews, unable to make a single order correctly. Out of one of two savoury items that don't have egg by 8am, asked for the other and instead got egg. I'm intolerant
The croissant looked sadder than a starving puppy. On the plus side it's quite an authentic new York experience; rude dirty and not what you want.

Sare the manager, made our 6$ coffees incorrectly, and instead of making them properly she proceeded to tell us to leave a review or to call corporate if we want a resolution, it wasn't till we furnished the receipt to prove they made it incorrectly and some absolutely rude customer service before finally getting the coffees remade. Sara clearly needs some retraining on customer service and should most definitely not be passing her skills on to fellow employees.

The woman was really hard to understand with a thick Arabic accent who was helping me said that they don’t do lattes or iced coffee that it’s just coffee with milk and sugar and that they try to keep things simple here at this airport I wasn’t satisfied with this coffee it didn’t taste like coffee it tasted like the sugar packets and the hot coffee was sitting there for quite some time. I don’t think this woman is familiar with American coffee and how it’s made but she wasn’t really all that friendly towards me and my mom when I tried to order my coffee and she stopped me mid sentence.

I went to the dunking by gate b33 to place an order because the machine didn't have all I needed .. the employees were rude didn't acknowledge me acted as If I wasn't standing there under the sign that's say please order here ... after they pleased them self I was told they don't take order at the counter.. I am an airline employee so I know this is a lie .. they had nasty attitudes at 7 in the morning.. if you don't feel like showing up stay home and save everyone the drama .

Terrible store. The service is very negative and argumentive. I don't think you can pay with cash.
They forgot to make my wrap, so I had to wait a long time.
Weak coffee.
Turkey Sausage wrap was very small.
Central Diner was closed, and I couldn't find another food outlet landside. There is a general store with chilled coffee.
