Very inefficient. I get wanting to streamline cash and card customers but completely refusing to even out the lines when one is clearly overwhelmed seems so inefficient and it’s frustrating for everyone in line. Not to mention, there’s no sign that the register ONLY accepts cash so if you’re already in line, you’re turned away. Awful.

UPDATE: went through the card line and discovered that not all of the items on the menu are even an option on the kiosk đŸ„” sooo pay cash if there’s something specific you want or risk having to settle (first world problems, I know)

The rudeness of the staff was outstanding. If you don’t like your job, go do something else. They won’t actually take your order and send you to the kiosk but the kiosk does not include everything they sell. I wanted avocado toast with bacon but there is no way to add it on the kiosk. So I stop at the counter and say I wanted bacon and couldn’t not add it. After an awkward silence, the woman says well it’s an up charge. I respond okay and then wait for another person to ring me up. $2.70 to add bacon to an avocado toast. The people providing the orders was polite.

There was a man next to me trying to add a certain muffin and he could not. Given the abrupt use the kiosk, he gave up.

At JFK Airport in New York, Terminal 4’s arrival area offered no food or drink options other than the Dunkin' counter. Unfortunately, the coffee and sandwich I purchased were of extremely poor quality. It's disappointing that the airport management allows such subpar service in one of its terminals. To make matters worse, there were no tables or chairs provided—neither by Dunkin' nor the terminal itself—which made it even more inconvenient for families waiting for their loved ones.

Why why why ..the bottled water are priced 80x more?
16.9 oz cost more than $4 and 33oz cost almost $7.
Total rip off.
For $7 could get 80 16oz bottles from wholesale store.

I never really order food from airports but this particular day I did as I was craving donuts. I ordered old fashion mini bites donuts and they were hard and seemed stale like it was just left open over night. Never buying from there again. Also the customer service was poor as when I was walking over to the order counter there were 3 workers which all saw me walking towards the counter but decided to ignore me for like 5 minutes waiting there until I cleared my throat to get their attention. They were just standing around talking in a huddle. Unprofessional.
