The rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with. She doesn’t know the difference in the donuts and refuses to fix her mistake. Yelled at another customer who was struggling with the kiosk. Didn’t get what I ordered so no the quality was not good.

I can’t believe the attitude and rudeness of the lady working at t4 TFK! Standing on her phone, I had to ask for my order then she rolled her eyes & didn’t even get a thank you!!

Worst customer service in my life. Ordered some food and asked for a matcha, lady gave me a hot chocolate and tried to charge me for both of them even after taking the hot chocolate back. When getting my food, the lady said the order number and started complaining about how busy she is and how she doesn't have time to wait for customers to take their time pulling out receipts and everything. There weren't even many people there at the time.

Arrived early at JFK Terminal 4 for my flight and was shocked to find that only one Dunkin’ store was open for food. The service was absolutely terrible. My avocado sandwich was served long before my hot latte, and when I asked about it, the staff responded with rudeness and zero professionalism. For a busy international terminal like JFK, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this store if you can — no one deserves to be treated this way.

Unreal. Waited in line for about 10 minutes to order coffee and a breakfast sandwich. When I made my way to counter, I was told to order from the kiosk from an extremely rude employee. A separate line had formed at the kiosk in the meantime. When she never intended to take orders why not let people know to order from the kiosk to begin with? She took the order from the person in front of menjust fine.

First time at USA eating donuts.
Honestly I dont know what the buzz is about, Its just a dry dough, lack of taste, the chocolate and vanilla toppings were dull. There are so much better pastries. I hope its not a good respresentation of the whole american donuts because if it is, it is a real disappointment.
