Not all Dunkin locations are the same or same owner. This location coffee preparation is the worse. Their Coffee at times is not Fresh. You ask for them to make it your way and they give you attitude. This is why I dont buy coffee here. If im in need of coffee I rather buy somewhere else.

At this location 17725 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica - I had an unpleasant experience today. On Wednesdayâs a donut is free with a purchase of hot drink (coffee).. donut wasnât given, and when asked for it, the girl at the counter insisted on scanning the app for donut.. and she did scan and gave me a donut, but my account was charged for $2:17.., where it shouldâve been free and I shouldnât have been charged for it.. this is not on.. I was in a hurry so I didnât notice but later I saw from the app that my account had been charged.. this girl isnât trained properly..

Everytime I go into this location I have a full on discussion why they can't get my order straight and make my coffee properly . Everytime I ask to put honey in my coffee one the employee argues with me why they won't put honey into my coffee after requesting the honey in my coffee as if now the world just stopped. If im a paying customer and your making mt coffee the way I like it. Simple as that. The employees don't understand propper work educate and customer service. They just work like robots . Wouldn't recommend

The staff are HORRIBLE. Iâve never been to a worker Dunkin Franchise. Every single one of them, they suck at making the coffee Keeping up with the orders. Literallyyyy NO ORDER IN THERE. Who is the manager ? Itâs the only Dunkin near by and thatâs why I think they do what they want and service the people how they want to. They donât care. I havenât seen not one happy customer. As Iâm typing this in their parking lot ? about to pick up my coffee There is a lady screaming at the people. And a line to the back and a whole bunch of order waiting But the people on the side that already ordered still donât have their food or drinks ??ââď¸ again who is managing this facility ?

Staff canât comprehend anything that you ask for. I asked for one dozen donuts, she rang me up for two. I asked for one bagel with light cream cheese, she gave me two bagels with no cream cheese. I wanted to pick up the green icing donuts for st. patrickâs day for my coworkers, and they have nothing for the holiday, but they have decorations. This dunkin location has gone downhill completely.
