The store was clean and the food and drinks good. However, every day that I go in, one particular staff member keeps asking me if I want hash browns. He will add hash browns to my order even when I say no. I have to ask him repeatedly to take the order off. They seem to be pushing hash browns hard but I don’t want hash browns.

The store was clean and the staff was pleasant but the Mocha Cappuccino Blast I ordered was so weak. Hardly had any coffee/mocha flavor. Was more like a fluffy cream. Was very disappointed. The best Cappuccino Blast is found at the DD at 168-22 UnionTurnpike in flushing

I am advise all my friends not go to this place because they are the pinnacle of cheating and fraud They took advantage of me and told me that it was available and I wasted time in two consecutive days and I was clear in all In all my questions and I was with the money to spend and despite this there was a play in speech and he said at Registration that there are additional expenses 4 Thousand increase other than taxes

They sell reusable dunkin cups but won't refill them up because "they can't take cups" and cant touch or hold customers cups whether its reusable or you literally just purchased it, and will put it in a cup and you can pour it in your cup and then throw the cup out which defeats the purpose. I'm not sure why they sell them and their should be a sign up before customers purchase them before they waste their money

Walked in with a big order (unforeseen circumstances) and although the store was busy, the staff provided quick and courteous assistance. It was also fully stocked and clean. Staff was great, especially the ladies working that evening! Can not stress that enough.

This place used to be good , now it's running down with low lifes unpleasant attitude and doesn't speak good English. Went here this morning to buy a mocha latte and they gived me wrong order. The 2 new men in here are rude and unpleasant to customer and cannot speak

I went to this location today, to get my family some breakfast and they forgot to give me my cappuccino. I’ve called several times. They don’t answer the phones and I’m not even from the area. I am very disappointed with the services I received. Make sure you double check everything before leaving this facility. This is a lesson learned for me. I won’t be coming to this location ever again

I just love eating my favorite ice cream from here.
I asked for a bagel with cream cheese...I received a bagel with the thinnest layer of cream cheese with jelly. This the second time my order was wrong. I asked for a coffee with 2 sugars and cream. I received coffee that was so sweet I tossed it out. I'm done with this place...check your orders before you leave the store. Smh
